I can't say enough about Jamie! She was so friendly and professional! She turned a stressful situation for me into a pleasant one! She assured me we would work out something and find a solution. I've called several enterprise in Orange County and they don't have anything under 30$ the worst thing is that the customer service is very very poor. This location is so convenient when you have your car serviced at Honda World Westminster. Greeted by your friendly rental agent, Chris, very welcoming. I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular location. Today however, when I was given a choice of what car I wanted that was nice to be asked and not just given to you. I only had two to choose from a sedan or mini-van. It took me a second or two to make a decision, I choose the mini-van. Glad I did, when the car came rolling out from the back, I saw the Hawaii plates, ALOHA to me. I felt like I was home, being raised & a local born from Hawaii, I just felt the Aloha vibes, haha. These people are dishonest at best. Reserved Mini van to take group of kids to Ronald Regan Library. Although I received confirmation of rental 5 days before when I arrived to pickup van they told me they did not have one but might be able to get one in TWO hours. Why did I make a reservation? What happen to Enterprise? We had a corporate account for years and they were very good? I called Enterprise region office but no return call. Called Avis at south end of Beach Blvd. Rented a 7 passenger Ford to save the day and not wait 2 hours for the car Enterprise confirmed. I took my vehicle to get serviced at the Honda dealer in Westminster. I was told that my Honda was going to take a days work. I waited outside the service-area when I observed a beautiful Red Jeep w/ tinted windows drive across the street to Enterprise-rent a cars. Once the paperwork was completed, I walked across and was helped immediately by Felicia.. I had mentioned to her , that I loved the jeep parked on the side of the street. Felicia had a beautiful smile and said that I was getting that as my rental.. I was beyond excited, since I had been wanting to drive a Jeep for the longest time. My Husband had rented me a Jeep this weekend to Palm Springs , so I was ecstatic. We been looking for prices on Jeep's for my next car . First I called to reserve a car because my car was at Honda Wold Body Shop..with a 20 min delay at Body Shop when I arrived they did not have a car for me. One person was working and 1 1/2 hours later I received a car. This rental was based on ins reimbursement because my car was hit. They had insurance info of other party and told me it would be a $50 deposit. I explained in detail the circumstances and that my son would pay. They said when rental was up to bring in my son for payment. You can imagine my Surprise when I was charged $300.00. $300.00 I didn't expect, authorize or even get a courtesy-call Saying they would charge my card. Matt the manager didn't even have the decency to return my call and basically told me to bring the car in or pay. Very RUDE disrespectful and LIE!!!! Would NEVER recommend this to anyone. Made a reservation online. Once I arrived to pickup my vehicle I was asked to verify all of my information which I did. I declined the added insurance. The sales person at the counter Mr Yazan then proceeded to tell my I have to buy the extra insurance. I gave him my insurance information stating that that I have insurance. He then called my insurance to verify I have insurance which clearly states on the enterprise disclaimer inside the store that they are not to do this. He then would not rent me the vehicle which I had to make a new reservation and pay a higher rate for a vehicle I don't have want. I missed my appointment that was needed because of this. I do not recommend this location. As you can see it has very poor yelp ratings already. read more

READ BEFORE RENTING TO SAVE YOU TROUBLE AND HEADACHES To start with They never answer the phones and claimed that they can't get cars and that lax enterprise was out of 20,000 vehicles to rent. They wouldn't transfer my rental either and I'm a loyal platinum member. After that defeat I got to rent a car magically but They have over charged me the monthly rate for a daily rate which is 400 dollars more. I would go to the Huntington Beach location which tries to save you money instead of try to make money on their commission. If renting for a month straight Huntington Beach location will simply change the total Amount due from daily to monthly and will return the difference to me. As enterprise does nationwide! Also if your a day late they threaten to call the police for a stolen vehicle at least that's what they state....instead of coming and simply picking it up. They will hound you with phone calls until you agree with Anthony, Cole or Jose They also claim I'm getting a deal with the car cause it's $32 a day with an Altima and I currently have a Ford Edge premium for lower with makes no sense. In the first place I was supposed to get the car for 24$ a day and he switched it to 32$ a day on the altima WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ENTERPRISE NATIONWIDE CALL ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS AND COMPLAIN IN ST LOUIS OR CALL THE VP! read more

I made the colossal mistake of using this horrible location instead of the reliable location I normally use because of a busy holiday weekend. I wish I'd read the large number of awful reviews for THIS particular Enterprise location prior to booking a reservation on the website. A waste of my time and money. Management is horrid and it shows. There are few cars on the rental lot. Enterprise Corporate really should revoke their name from THIS location because it brings shame to their business. State Farm was my savior only because nobody from this location was even returning their calls and they said enough is enough we'll reimburse you directly instead of waiting for them. My car was in an accident. The other person's insurance company sent me to enterprise. I was not happy with the service or the cleanliness of the car. When I called to let them know of my displeasure they told me I could bring it back and exchange it. I had already taken time off of work and could not afford to do anymore. I thought they should have been more than happy to bring a car to me but did not offer that. I would not recommend enterprise Rent-A-Car to anybody because of the service I received. When I first came in, there was a very upset man huffing and puffing at a very annoyed employee. Decided to go ahead with my luck for a great experience. I was very positive at first, I made my reservations online so no must no fuss. Come to show several minutes in. There of course was fuss. I'm a local here that didn't see it in the fine print, it states you MUST BRING PROOF OF RESIDENCE if you aren't renting with a credit card. Frustrated that I took a Lyft there without being informed that I needed a POR, I sympathize with the customer who left angry. There was Yman (Forgive me if I spelled it wrong.) who wouldn't stop helping me, I mean he wouldn't stop going out of his way to change the experience! He apologized for corporate not having the importance for POR in the app and made sure a car from a different location came to me so I didn't have to order another Lyft. Shout out to him!! I wasn't another upset customer! I got my car and I was treated great because of him, especially when it could have definitely been different. I had indicated to Enterprise branch office (Beach Blvd., CA) on October 16, 2018 that I was not responsible for the scratch to subject 2018 -ROGU-NISN vehicle (rental agreement xxxxxxx258) based on damages to alleged vehicle parked next to me after I returned to the hotel (without any scratches). I also indicated that when receiving the subject car that the agent did not walk around the vehicle before releasing. We did not notice any scratches to subject vehicle when parked at the hotel the first evening of October 15th. I communicated to Enterprise's Damage Recovery Unit (DRU) that I was not responsible for the damage to subject vehicle and requested that their branch personnel should have investigated the incident at that proper time while vehicle was at the hotel for over a week -- an Enterprise branch was located at the hotel. To no avail, DRU just billed me of $300 for the damages. This is was the last time I'll be using Enterprise/National and will also communicate this incident to friends and family. I personally liked utilizing Enterprise up to this incident and felt that they could have called to further discuss this matter to resolve as I was not responsible for subject damage. DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE/NATIONAL UNTIL THEY CORRECT THEIR DRU CUSTOMER SERVICE PROGRAM OF BEING GUILTY BEFORE INNOCENCE! read more
