Nothing but amazing experiences every time I have needed a rental, customer service is amazing and they are always quick to answer the phone. Love this rental facility and will always use them when in need. read more

I would rather walk 500 miles through a desert than ever deal with this store or Enterprise as a whole, ever again. I had some major car issues in the dead of winter last year. Contacted every Enterprise around me and everyone was out of cars the day I needed. Then, the Washington PA store had a vehicle available. I figured out rides (as this specific store is 1.5 hours away from me) and got everything situated. Upon arrival and completing my agreement, they ran my card and said it declined. I just got paid hours before that, so I knew it for sure wasn't possible. I was then told that they couldn't process payment for another 24 hours (as I was being told this, I also showed the worker my app showing the payment was pending). She advised me she would call me within 24 hours to make the payment again and ALSO advised that the "pending charge" would "fall off" once they received payment. The girl did not call me back for 2 days, and at that time she took another payment..which immediately went to pending in my account. I showed her the first original payment and this time she said "it should fall off when you return the car" KEYWORD: SHOULD. She didn't know, she just needed something to say. Long story short - the payment didn't fall off, it actually posted twice, so my 600 and some dollar rental turned into $1,111.16. I've contacted Enterprise over 100 times, emails, calls, voicemails. Disputed the charges with my bank. Instead of Enterprise honoring it though, they sent my bank a copy of the rental agreement (which shows I did rent the car. Because I did.) But it DOES NOT SHOW THE DECLINED PAYMENT. Even though Enterprise provided me with a copy of the declined payment, they won't provide it to the bank. This has now been going on since FEBRUARY 2025. It has been exactly 5 months to date from the day I returned my car. Enterprise Washington PA store manager, Mike, has done nothing but make up excuses for their Regional Manager, Chelsea, who has not returned my 20+ calls, voicemails and emails in 3 weeks. I have literally proven to Enterprise the money was deducted from my account. Where it went is for them & PNC to decide on, I shouldn't have to SUFFER because of the credit processing systems between these 2 companies. Ridiculous. Ignorant. Disgusting. I am so disgusted at how I have been treated. Mike did advise me though that Chelsea told him I could go ahead and file a civil dispute. BUT SHE COULDN'T TELL ME THAT. Its sad. $485 refund but instead go waste money on a civil suit, just for a judge to look at this merchant and say exactly what I have been for months. The point of this? Don't treat people like garbage. I am stressed out and behind. I deserve MY money, not some money sucking scum company. read more

This place is a disaster. When our vehicle is at Budd Baer for repairs, we use Enterprise for a rental. Our first experience wasn't good, but now our second was awful. The vehicle was t ready at the pick up time. Wasn't filled with gas. Smelled like cigarette smoke so bad that we were nauseous driving in it... and it wasn't thoroughly cleaned (based on the ketchup finger prints left all over the center console) not so great during a pandemic to be given a dirty rental. Fender was also damaged. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Washington, Pennsylvania

I'm always in awe of how smooth everything is when I do rentals. Typically I work with Maya but she is no longer at this location and I started working with Leah, she is phenomenal, incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to my needs and even though I know the routine she always takes the time to explain all the options available. Highly recommend! read more

I called at the beginning of December looking for a rental, due to a car accident, and was turned down because I didn't live in Washington. I live only 15-20 minutes from Washington and was told that I needed to use the one located near my location. I ended up getting a rental from the location in Uniontown, which is a lot farther from me than Washington is. The Uniontown local was so helpful and nice getting us set up with a rental. I would definitely not recommend this Washington location, they were so rude to me on the phone. read more

Traveling from Fishers, IN to Washington, Pennsylvania to take in a baseball game and tour Frank Lloyd homes. Rental had a flat tire (my husband & son changed tire) and went to Enterprise to get another rental for 6 hour drive home as I did not want to drive on the small spare tire back to Indiana. The woman I spoke with on 8/4/15 at approx 5:30 pm at the Murtland Ave location in Washington, Pennsylvania did not show any consideration or empathy to our situation and said she would not let us turn in our car for a safe car to get my family home. Will NEVER use this company again. Enterprise if this is how you treat customers when they get stranded with one of your rentals - you do not deserve me as a customer. Additionally, the attitude of your employee at this location towards customers is appalling. Do NOT recommend Enterprise at this location or as a company! Enterprise - you have my phone # and email, I left it more than 3 times and have never heard from you. read more

I rented a vehicle from here and the rental itself was fine. The customer service and how enterprise does business is what made my experience horrible. At the time of the rental, I was charged the $50 deposit which is fine. When I returned the vehicle 3 days later, I was told all was good and thought that was the end of it. I then check my bank account a few days later and find out that I had been charged the $50 a second time and then refunded $100 which all adds up, but like a lot of people, I am struggling and that second $50 charge took my account negative which I then incurred a $35 overdraft fee. I called up the local office and was basically told "we have no control over what your financial institution does". But then when I raised my voice a little to get my point across that yes you don't there but enterprise does have control over their mistakes and me being charged an extra $35 because of enterprise's mistake is not something I am fine with. Customer service would have none of it so I hung up. I know I could have handled it better on my end and kept my cool, however when you mess with my finances, that is not good business practices. I had used enterprise multiple times in the past, but because of this experience, I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone all because they will not own up to their mistake in customer service. read more

Horrible service . The people working in this branch did not have customer service skills at all. While picking up the vehicle that they assured me that they had they downgraded me to a compact car . A compact car for 4 men driving 350 miles was not fun. And during all of this there was another customer in there they were giving a hard time to about dropping a car off there when he paid extra to do just that. The employees were complaining the entire time and truly do not understand how to take care of a customer. Things happen but how you handle them says a lot about your leadership. I will drive elsewhere to rent in the future . read more

The worst, gave away my car, acted like it was my fault and said I would have to reschedule, do not use this branch

Awful experience!!! I stopped into their Washington, PA location this morning to inquire about a rental, and I was quite rudely told - we don't have anything!! With no suggestions for a solution what so ever. I had to inquire if anything was due to be brought back in at a later time, and the response that I received was an abrupt - I have no idea. I really had to almost force the attendant to take my info if in the event something became available. As quickly as I could get out the door, is as long as it took me to decide that I will not be returning there for anything, that's for sure!! In a few moments time, I was able to access another locations information, and a few minutes after that, I had a car from a nearby Enterprise Dealer. It was that simple, and my call was welcomed by a very nice gentleman. For any future needs, I will defiantly drive the few extra miles for the nicer service representatives. Enterprise either needs get to rid of that miserable guy, or teach him some customer service skills. read more

Washington, PA. Poor management. Poor customer service. I made an online reservation for 11:00 am. I arrived at 9:45 am. They did not have an economy car nor a compact. I was told I would have to pay for an upgrade or wait until 11:00 because they were waiting for the previous customer to return the car I was supposed to rent. To actually have customers waiting for a previous renter to return a car is ridiculous and to expect them to pay you for an upgrade is even more ridiculous. They knew from the start they didn't have a car and they knew they were not going to have one an hour later. The upgrade should have simply been provided free of charge right then, not have customers waiting for another customer's return. I don't know what kind of scheduling system they have in place but it definitely needs to be looked at. I am posting this so others can beware of this policy. I lost time on this deal and Enterprise lost a customer. read more

I made a reservation for a full sized car and when I showed up to pick up the car I was informed they didn't have a full sized car for me. The girl was unapologetic and offered a much smaller Fiat at the same fee or an SUV at a considerable increase in cost. She was unwilling to provide any other resolution to my issue. Because of her condescending tone and overall horrible experience, I'll never rent from this place. read more

Enterprise in Washington went above and beyond to help me have a good rental experience! They picked me up last minute when my ride to the site fell through (30 mins before I needed to pickup) and then advocated for me when my local shop refused to take my rental car as a drop off. They made multiple calls to regional managers to ensure I wasn't stuck with the car and charged an extra day. I can't explain how much it meant to be able to have their help as I was stranded and crying in rural Ohio. Would rent from them anytime! read more

I made a reservation for my boyfriend to get a car. When he went to pick it up, they told him that he NEEDED to get their insurance in order to drive the car, and our reservation for an ECONOMY car somehow went from $24 per day to $58 per day. Our $140 reservation became $350+. Liars and cheats. read more

I've had and continue to have very good experiences with Washington Enterprise!! Staff are always very friendly and picked me up when I was in a jam several times. I've needed to rent quite frequently recently and the prices are always fair, I'm billed accurately and the pick-up/drop-off have always went smoothly!! read more
