I got bumped by a semi so my insurance company set up a rental and as soon as I got off the phone with my insurance company Enterprise contracted me and was so nice and answered every question I had I ended up with a 2025 Malibu and it was cool my wife loved the heated seats LOL I was able to drop it off at the collision shop when I picked up my truck they were great I highly recommend them read more

The service was fast and easy. Our rental car was nice. The only issue was that the rates were a little higher than other locations. I would recommend the location because of the ease of the reservation and customer service. read more

I was hit by a hit and run driver. I rented a car from them. My experience was extremely negative. I found the staff to be unprofessional and appeared to be untrained. I initially took out the insurance then decided to drop it. I was supposed to, according to staff, be refunded $129.00 and that never happened. When I returned the car they said I owed an additional $24.77. They put it on my card and I thought that was it until I received my Feb. statement. They added an additional $520.66 which I had already paid in Jan. I went in and explained the situation to the employee. His response was that they couldn't do anything about it. I have all the paperwork to verify what I was saying- they were double billing me. I will never go back to Enterprise in Tullahoma nor would I recommend them to anyone. Also when I got the car it was unwashed and one tire had 20 lbs of pressure. read more

I had a reservation for a truck on Saturday because my truck was in the shop at John Roberts Toyota. I talked to Sean about picking me up but he stated he didn't have any vehicles to rent and that he has long waiting list. This is totally unacceptable. I'm without a vehicle until Tuesday when my truck will be fixed. Never rent from Enterprise. read more
