However, come Monday, the phone number I got better have answers. I rent cars on a regular basis, a few times a year, and always treat them as if they were my own. Keeping them clean, keeping under or at the speed limit, not touching buttons, I don't know what they do, etc. If they keep this kind of customer service, they are going to become another Hertz and come face to face with the bankruptcy demon.
