Tyler the counter help refused to give me a car. He stated he was holding the cars he had for real customers for 11/21 & for me to call Hertz. I gave him my reservation number & showed him my Avis app with the reservation on it and my confirmation email. He said it looked faked and I must have been scammed. I am now stranded at the Beaumont airport with no where to go and no vehicle because all the car rental places are closed for the night. Tyler could care less & I am not even going to say what i think of this . I called Avis & they said they're in the Carribean and cannot call Avis locations. I am a preferred customer & that means absolutely nothing. I am telling you now never rent from Avis!!!! I am so angry & infuriated I cannot explain. Avis will never get my business again & hopefully if you are reading this they won't get yours either.
