Every time I go to the location it's always a terrible experience. Please get rid of Destiny( the manager and the other lady. Very rude and nasty attitudes. They're only for their people. We reserved a car two weeks prior to pickup for a full size vehicle. At the time of pick up they came up with a compact SUV. When I questioned the selection of the car. I was told there wasn't any full size vehicles and tried to charge an extra $64 for a smaller car. Also, the guy who came in after Me reserved a full size vehicle that morning and was able to get one. When I asked why did the price go up instead of down, she said" I don't know, you're the one who made the reservation" with a nasty attitude. I tried showing her the total of the reservation. She refused.I tried explaining that i see full size vehicles on the lot, only to be ignored. The car was dirty inside and out and needed an oil change. I also had to purchase oil for the car. I called corporate several times about this issue for a week, nobody from Region office ever calls back. When returning the car. Same nasty attitude from manager Destiny and other staff. she tried to give me $29 back for inconvenience. But, The difference between full size vehicles and compact Suv is $100 difference. And they're not helpful with giving you a refund. It's been a week, car has been returned and still no call from Region or any adjustment. read more

Negative 15 stars. Horrible customer service. Called numerous times. Rarely will anyone answer the phone! Had booked a vehicle (made a reservation) a month and half beforehand. Do you think they met me with a friendly smile at the appointed time? Absolutely NOT!! It's been two days and still don't have a rental. The aforementioned appointment was for 8 AM yesterday. Have called local store front and corporate at least a dozen times. They gave yet to return the first call. Can't believe it is still open with the customer service that I have received. NEVER USE THEM. read more

At check in I asked about coffee and was told "we keep some over there but it's old." Internet was exceptionally slow. I personally think it is a poor practice to artificially throttle down internet speed from a potential upsell which is clearly the practice here. Bottom line Super 8/Days Inn Service for Hilton overcharges. You can definitely do better for the cost. Objectively poor value. The facility is still newer but with age at the current rate of care I would not recommend at all.

We had to evacuate due to the wrath of Hurricane Helena and they made sure we got settled in comfortably I left my phone on the bed at checkout and the owner called me everyday to ensure me that my phone was safe with him until I was able to return to get it. There are several hotels in my city but I will pass all of them up and we will come back here everytime we need to get away.
