Negative 15 stars. Horrible customer service. Called numerous times. Rarely will anyone answer the phone! Had booked a vehicle (made a reservation) a month and half beforehand. Do you think they met me with a friendly smile at the appointed time? Absolutely NOT!! It's been two days and still don't have a rental. The aforementioned appointment was for 8 AM yesterday. Have called local store front and corporate at least a dozen times. They gave yet to return the first call. Can't believe it is still open with the customer service that I have received. NEVER USE THEM. read more
