Do you think they met me with a friendly smile at the appointed time? Absolutely NOT!! It's been two days and still don't have a rental. The aforementioned appointment was for 8 AM yesterday. Have called local store front and corporate at least a dozen times. They gave yet to return the first call. Can't believe it is still open with the customer service that I have received. NEVER USE THEM.
