My only complaint is that they are closed on Sundays, life does not stop because it is Sunday!! I do not need the car Saturday at all, only Sunday and Monday. I have to PAY for an extra day so the car can sit at my house unneeded because they are closed Sunday so no pickups that day!! That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, a business in the travel/transportation field CLOSED at all.. even if they only want a half day Sunday BE OPEN!! Had reservation only to have it pushed back twice on the day of pick up. Finally got the vehicle which the staff stated " We aren't even sure if this vehicle works." When returning said vehicle, the staff proceeds to tell me it has hail damage. Which was present on the vehicle when it was received. Staff proceeds to lie and be rude about the condition of the car, when it was turned back in how it was received. After having a vehicle totaled and having no choice to get a rental car; I could safely say you are better off riding the bus than doing business with this enterprise! read more

Three weeks ago I go to Enterprise and set up reservations. This morning I get a simple text stating: Hello, this is Bradley with Enterprise. Unfortunately we do not have the vehicle class you reserved. Sorry for the inconvenience. No offer for something else. NOTHING!!! WORST RENTAL CAR PLACE EVER! NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! For a simple rental through insurance! I would give NO STARS if I could. Less than I month ago my car got totaled and I needed a rental car. The insurance set us an appointment with them to PICK UP a vehicle 2 days after. I went to pick it up and they said they didn't have any vehicles even though I was told I had a vehicle that was being held for me to be picked up. They were VERY RUDE and gave me a very hard time and said to come 2 days later to pick up a vehicle they would hold for me. I came at 9am like they said 2 days later and they said AGAIN they didn't have any vehicles. They suggested I come back later as they might be receiving more vehicles later that day. Again they were very rude! I came back again, mind you I was having to bumb rides up to enterprise and to work. I came back and they had vehicles but they tried to tell me one didn't even work and they other was too big for me to drive because I'm 23 years old. They said they'd call me if the one that had many problems worked. They called me back and I came back again and the girl with straight blonde hair and glasses, about 5",(who had been EXTREMELY RUDE to me the whole time) inspected the car and didn't look at the roof or the hood. Just walked around the car and looked inside. We came almost 3 weeks later to return the car and she evaluated to the car and stood on the car and looked super close on the roof and hood and claimed there was hail damage we couldn't see and SHE didn't report the first time. We live in east texas and it hasn't *hailed for WELL OVER a month! She said she have to do paper work and file it as damage WE DID! Just because SHE MISSED IT! It NEVER HAILED IN OUR POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE! She was the RUDEST person I've ever meet and was FINDING something to charge us for! She has HORRIBLE customer service!! We will NEVER BE USING THIS ENTERPRISE EVER AGAIN! It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! There's even more details I could give but I'll leave it at that. read more

Enterprise is terrible, call you at 5 o'clock and tell you have to return the vehicle that day! Return it the next morning before 8 o'clock and they tell me I have to pay for an extra day. It's the only rental location in Lufkin so they needed the vehicle back so they can use on another reservation. They are double charging for rentals which is a felony. This location needs to be shut down and charges prosecuted. They advertise that they pick up and drop off, when requested drop off they tell me they don't do that anymore. The staff is very rude and needs to be fired. read more

Reserved a rental, received a call the day of pickup saying the rental won't be available. I was told I could pickup the rental 2 days later. Even though I needed it that day I waited the 2 days now they are saying it's still not available. This is not the customer service I've come to expect from enterprise. read more

Worst customer service. The manager Hunter Maybee told me no one from his store hung up on me. Then one of his employees admits to it. They wait an hour before your confirmed rental that they don't have a car. But he had one for his friends that were there. If he is the manager then the manager above should be fired as well. read more

It was a good and easy transaction. The entire process took about 15 minutes. There was only one person in front of me and only one employee working. The car selection was smaller then other locations, but they had good selections. read more

this enterprise reminds me of my ex, not able to communicate, slow paced and terrible. they left us on hold for over an hour and never answered. we ended up booking a car online for four thirty and they make us wait outside for twenty minutes to tell us they are not taking any reservations for the day. since they did not answer the phone we had to CROSS the highway even thought their slogan is "we'll pick you up".
