At first another ee stated I was going to receive credit of some $77 Upon completion of contract. Then upon Mr Paramore getting involved Said I should have read my contract And said I was being credited some $27 His explanation I did not comprehend And I raised my voice in an Argument I was wrong in my loud voice outburst He then opened door.. ask me to step Outside. He then asked me if I wanted A copy contract where he was stating his fact. As I discussed argument with My wife...He returned with 2 copies of Contract pages...No further discussions We left. Staff ee stated a $77 credit & Mr Paramore stated a $27 credit then No explanation what happened $77 cr We will be paying $1,000 deduct tomorrow Monday Nov 10th @ Fred Anderson and immediately turning in Our Enterprise Rental. We are Praying Mr Paramore Does Not find anymore $Charges upon terminating contract We are already aware of. We kmow we will never see the $77 cr upon termination................. We also witnessed a waiting customer whose wife recently had her leg amputated and had that afternoon needed his rental to drive wife to MUSC In Charleston and on way pick up her needed meds. First they wanted to rent him a pick-up truck ! No, his wife could not get up into that. Outside they brought a large SUV. No, that wont do Customer stated " please drive me home ". We saw them driving customer home. Customer before entering th Ride home. Loudly disappointed about entire process and voiced about some $charge he was having to pay. Ole lady backed into my car (Thankfully she didn't run away) and her insurance was able to take care of me and they set me up with enterprise while my car was being fixed. They had good options and an attentive staff that are friendly and a quick to pick up the phone. They made my time smooth and convenient. I had no issues. read more

Do not ever rent a car from this location if you can prevent it. I have never met a more unprofessional and disrespectful person that the woman who works there. There's only one- Kristen Patterson. She's not the manager but when I asked for the manager she said she was. I got rear ended and the other driver's insurance paid. They told me I had a reservation at this enterprise location and gave me a reservation number. Kristen said I wasn't scheduled to come in. I didn't understand how I had a reservation number, but wasn't scheduled. They said I had to wait 30 minutes for a car. I was visibly upset and she told me to calm down and there was no reason to be upset and she was doing everything she could for me and If that wasn't good enough, I didn't have to get a car. Called the insurance agent to ask why this happened. I guess they called Kristen and she didn't like that. So while I was waiting outside, she came out to scold me like she was my mommy. She said she was bending over backwards for me and didn't have to. She again told me I should not be upset because she was doing everything for me. I said I was frustrated in general NOT at anyone and I had a right to be upset. She just kept repeating herself like I did something wrong. I calmly said you asked me to wait so I'm just sitting here waiting. They wanted a $50 deposit. I didn't know that upfront. They wouldn't accept Chime, which is my bank. They wouldn't accept my mom's credit card that I use. She has the same last name as me, and I use this in emergencies. Kristen said I needed to show utilities bills to even use a debit card. I didn't know that. Then she had the wrong address and phone number for me, so she made me show my lease. I asked her to try my credit card that had my name on it. Her answer? No, we're done here. You should go somewhere else. TLDR: you need a deposit for a rental car. You can't use Chime if that's your bank. You need utility bills and a lease to use a debit card. Don't bother making a reservation. It means nothing. We reserved , in advance, a midsized car. We dropped off our car at the repair location . Enterprise picked us up at the scheduled pre-arranged time, The only vehicles available to us were a huge extended cab truck or a van. They did not seem concerned at all that we had a reservation, it meant nothing to them. We were stuck. Took the truck at a rate almost double the rate of our reserved vehicle. The WORST experience ever! I scheduled a pickup so that I could drop my car off for service, and not only did they give me ZERO communication (confirmation email, text, etc), they FAILED TO PICK ME UP. I called the branch for 15 minutes straight, and then they closed. So, they left me stranded. Called corporate enterprise and asked for roadside assistance, and was told that there was absolutely nothing that they could do, but they offered to make me a new reservation. (Are you kidding?!?!?) They also offered to pick me up in the morning (So, should I spend the night at the repair shop?!?!?) , but seeing as I still had to make it home this evening and also to get to work in the morning, that was NOT an option. I have ZERO confidence in their ability to pick me up tomorrow morning either. When I spoke to the corporate employee in the escalations department, he confirmed the correct location for my pickup and that I had indeed scheduled it, and that Enterprise had all of my correct contact information (so NO EXCUSE for not getting in touch with me), and told me that Enterprise had just "dropped the ball". I will NEVER willingly deal with Enterprise ever again, and will be sharing my horror story and negative review of this company to everyone that I come in contact with. The most awful experience I have ever had while trying to rent a car. This location was rude, unfriendly, and talked in such disdain that I completely changed my mind and decided to rent from a different place down the road. Our business spends lots on traveling and car services so they completely missed out. I have never met less competent employees in my life. They care nothing about company brand, mission, or vision. Not happy at all with the service here, I have emailed this location three times now asking for a fuel credit and when I went to turn the vehicle in at the Savannah international airport I was told that I would be credited for fuel because I overfilled the tank. Horrible experience at this location. I have residence in Nc and a house in Sc where my son lives. I went to rent a car from the Sc location to travel to my brothers funeral, where I've actually rented from before as my car repair shop is across the street and this is where they send you, but because I didn't have 2 utilities bill in my name for some reason this time to prove where I lived the lady would not rent to me. My husband has everything in his name in Nc I only have 1 bill in South Carolina. I was able to show where it's in my husbands name but it wasn't good enough for her. So I had to leave and was going to wait til my son was off to get it but I stopped at another rental service down the street on the off chance and see what they could do Well they had a car and they could get me so finally after 2 hours was able to get on the road, thanks to your competitor, who will also be my go to rental car place when in need now. Rented a vehicle from them on 10/16. Was given a brand new Nissan Armada, thought to myself nice! After getting half way down the road noticed a lm odd noise slight but a noise none the less. Called and spoke to Brionna, mentioned I just left and I hear a noise and the gas is on empty? She said she new they were talking about the clicking sound but it wasn't anything to worry about and she would mark my file that I called about the gas. 10/17 10am, truck is now making larger noise from front end, called and was asked if I had the four wheel drive on, it's a 2019 Armada.....I explain that No I do not have the four wheel drive on and that I was stranded in NYC with their vehicle that won't move. The woman gets snotty and tells me to call roadside. I get transferred to roadside. Roadside gives me an address to another enterprise to pick up a vehicle, like an idiot I trust them and show up at Huntington location and spoke with Dennis. Guess what! No cars are available, he was clueless to why I assume they could help me! I call Greer, I get Kendall (I think this was her name) she had no idea what the hell was going on, no notes left for next shift. She too transfers me back to roadside. Roadside says they will bring me to where I need to go..... no go- I need to get home to SC? Roadside is unable to help. Called several branches of Enterprise and no one had a car, here comes 10/18 still no car. Called Greer, got some guy who yup you guessed it got me to roadside but alas this tome was different. Roadside says they found a car two hours away..... your kidding? So their on their way, now it gets even better!!!! An hour later another roadside agent calls us and states they will be at our location in 15 minutes..... they show up unaware that another roadside company is on its way from Connecticut, the vehicle they bring doesn't start. Lmfao I'm on the floor out of my mind at this point, second row company shows up with a beaten up Hyundai I mean beaten to crap vehicle stunk of cigars and filthy.... but it starts. I call Greer, I want a refund for the two days I had no vehicle, they tell me "we can't help you with that" your kidding!!! Cut my trip short came right home left several messages for a manager to get in touch with me via phone email snail mail anything.... here we are 10/22 no call back no acknowledgement not even a hey are you and your child ok? I had them pick me up from the shop where my car was going to be worked on. They arrived , the driver was wearing gym shorts and a hoodie. Not professionally dressed at all, although he was a nice guy. I got to the location to walk in and find that they didn't have a truck waiting on me and had a full day notice to get one. Also they kept saying could put me in a mid size SUV knowing I specifically asked for a full size truck. I stressed that I have little kids in car seats and am a taller guy that I need a bigger vehicle and they kept trying to put me in it for the "same price" then took me around back and was like we have a suburban and I replied that I was ok with that. We go inside and he kept saying I don't know if we will do it for the same price and they didn't seem willing to work with me on the price since they had me in there stranded with no vehicle. After refusing to give me the same price for a bigger vehicle to make up for them not having the truck I reserved I decided to just have them bring me back to the shop to get my vehicle back because I couldn't fit in a smaller SUV. This kind of way of thinking because so many people had hail damages they will just upgrade and pay out of pocket more money per day. They wanted another $25 per day for the SUV. Would not recommend to anyone to use if you need anything other than a $55/day car or a small sedan. Even then I wouldn't tell someone to go there.
