I just want to recognize Brandon Arnett the assistant vice manager at this enterprise location. A BIG A MILLION THANK U to him. He helped me book a 10 passenger van and 15 passenger van for our church event outing. There was no 15 passenger vans available upon the time I called but he managed to pull through for me on the same day! He didn't disappoint me And kept an open communication to make sure he would call back if their was any openings. I loved how helpful he was in assisting me during our phone conversation. He gave me wonderful information and pulled through with our 15 passenger van. He also gave us an amazing rate with big savings with church discount rate! This was something nobody else had informed us about. The 10 passenger van which was the only one in the area was comfortable. We were riding in style with the arm rest seating and great leg room. The Ford transit xl, 2017 was a luxury to drive. The 15 passenger, although I didn't drive that van was also a great fit for our party. The enterprise location here maybe small but I know that I will be coming back to rent from here again in the near future. read more

We made a reservation for a vehicle that would be more comfortable for a 500 mile trip. We picked the vehicle, a Hyundai Palisade Thursday at noon so we could leave Friday. We had no wait when we arrived at the 1301 S. MILITARY HWY location. We walked around the vehicle with the young lady assigned to us. Then drove home. We were both impressed with the ride, the interior features, the quietness, and the roominess. We drove to the Atlanta area Friday and returned Sunday. It was a very pleasant experience. We actually took the Palisade back Monday afternoon. The same young lady handled our return. Once again we did a walk around, she checked the gas and milage, and within 10 minutes of going inside the office were were finished. I could not ask for better customer service. read more

Very quick help, "Rescue Rangers" in disguise, when i totalled my Dodge. they worked well with insurance, gmc dealer, and when gmc "lost" my car (fat-finger typing error on the stock no.) i went back hours later and they issued the same car and kept me from walking or taking a cab, no questions, just handed me back the key fob. and squeezed the money so i may be getting cash back. service beyond expectations. i've used enterprise across the USA for over 30 years, and not one bad memory, ever. absolutely stellar crew, good outgoing people, KEEP THEM! read more

I consider myself and our family as loyal Enterprise clients, with an extensive rental history. I am not happy I need to write this negative review, but the staff at this 1301 S. Military Hwy. location and the feedback warrants this 1 star review. I would have given -1star if possible. The customer service we received was rude and quite frankly very unwelcoming. We arrived to pick up a standard SUV (5/11/2023) and the car selection at this location was depleted, so we asked if another location might have a better selection. The clerk rolled his eyes and reluctantly called another site, so we departed and visited the other Enterprise location. unfortunately, that site location did not have a desired vehicle, so we asked Bryce to call back to 1301 S. Military to let them know we would be coming back for one of the two cars they originally offered. When we returned, we were not greeted, even though the same staff was available. One was on his cell phone, the other gentleman at the desk was working on his computer. Finally, a young lady behind the screen named Keisha I believe asked if she could help us. She pulled up our record and then asked which car we preferred. We made our selection and exited with the car. TBH, she saved the day, because I was ready to simply leave this enterprise location. Then to add salt to their customer service, upon return of vehicle, I wanted to pay using another card and that seem to generate additional eye roll. The entire experience was unnecessarily miserable. When I attempted to share my experience on their Enterprise contact site..I was left on hold and disconnected twice on the chat line...I was finally promised a call from management on my third chat box and still await that call..;/. frustrated. This was my worst rental car experience. The rental I was given reeked of smoke and there were still ashes inside the vehicle. The man who showed me the car apologized and told me he feels terrible putting me in the vehicle. He told me I could wait there for 3-4 hours for the next car to be ready or I could take that car and they would call me THAT day when the next car was available. I never received a new car despite calling to follow up. I had the car cleaned my self because I would not place my daughter in that gross car. They never added my car insurance and now I receive a bill for daily insurance I never signed up for from them. Give me a break. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real rental car company that cares about their customers. read more

I rent cars on a semi regular basis. This location has NEVER disappointed. I have walked in to the location last minute and have always been taken care of with the best customer service and smiles on their faces. Yes, I have been given rentals with less than a full tank of gas. I have always returned my rentals with a full tank of gas, vacuumed and wiped down, pretty much ready for the next customer. The car rental locations tell you not to smoke in their vehicles, but of course, they cannot police everyone while their cars are not on their property. There should be, if there is not, a stiff fee for people returning cars reeking of cigarette smoke. I have never experienced this, with this location, but according to another review, that was the main complaint. This place and the people who work there, absolutely ROCK!!!! I don't rent from any other company of any other location due to the superb way I am treated every time I walk in there. AWESOME!!!! read more

Southern Jeep had reserved a rental for me through my Chrysler warranty. I arrived at Southern Jeep at 1610, the service department called enterprise as soon as I arrived. Over the next HOUR enterprise was called a total of 5 times to pick me up. They finally picked me up after 1700 and I still had to drive back to my house and get the car seats to pick up my children by 1800. I was late to pick up my kids and was charged a fee. The service is terrible. How does it take an hour to drive 5 minutes?? And to top it off there was another gentleman who showed up after me that also said he had been waiting an hour. I specifically told the representative "Quintin" that I didn't want the collision damage waiver. He asked a second time if I was sure I didn't want to add it and stated that it was only a few dollars extra. I again said no. 2 minutes later after print out the bill he tells me he included the collision damage waiver at no additional charge. I sign the papers thinking everything's ok only to find out I was charged an addition 14.99 a day for 3 days on something I insisted I didn't want. read more

I walked in and had a reservation through Southern Kia Greenbrier. Well the lady at the front desk refused to look me up or even call Kia. She said in her chair yelling around the room with the other Enterprise workers saying "we ain't got no cars no how". I walked in there expecting to be treated nicely. I got no help from her. She told me to call Kia and get my number. She smacked her lips and told me to sit down when she found it. I was told it would be an hour before I could get a car because "they ain't have none." I don't have a credit card and was told to go away until I did. Really?!? I am highly upset with Kia and Enterprise and I don't care if Kia rents me a car I will not go get it from Enterprise. read more

I rent from this location quite often. Just recently, I arrived there 15 minutes after closing time (6:15pm). The manager was still there and was gracious enough to listen to my story ( I thought they closed at 7pm) and with a smile, allowed me to rent a car. I had to get on the road at 1am, and needed the vehicle. And, when I need to be picked up, they're prompt! As always, they treat me soooo well and I truly appreciate them. read more
