I have gotten screwed twofold by enterprise in two days. First by employee in Denver- they found my car keys in a rental my friends and I were in. They refused to give my car keys back to my friends/family for them to overnight the keys to me. (I was already on flight back to Ohio when they were found.) They said because I was not there- they couldn't give my keys to my friends who I did the rental with he did however take my address and info from them- and never called or reached out to me. Instead he gave them the generic #to call lost and found. Between 12/11 and 12/12 I spent 6+ hrs getting the run around with their lost and found department. $50 and about 1,000 gray hairs later after being directed to links that say, "error 404 website not found" and then later an email saying my items have not been found. Only to relentlessly lookup different emails and trying other #s for customer service to escalate the situation... Magically my keys were found and I had to pay to overnight them (which I guess is fine) but I had to land from that flight and leave my car at CVG accruing still over $24/day in parking fees everyday it's there. Which brings me to this location (I should have been wiser after the lost and found debacle but this rental car location was closest) I booked a car yesterday for first thing in the morning today so I can drive to CVG and get my car out of the parking garage with my spare key/drop the rental car at the airport. This as about $25 cheaper than getting a ride share from centerville to GVG. Well I had an Uber on the way to take me to enterprise at opening to get the rental and get this all taken care of,... nope. I just had someone from the location call and say essentially ," we don't have any cars to rent." So I had to cancel the Uber that was taking me up to enterprise.... and now have to consider just paying around $100 to ride-share out to CVG instead of the $73 I had been quoted for the rental. Why would they take my info and allow me to book yesterday afternoon- when they didn't have any vehicles available today for rental?! Their customer service/ lost and found department, and this branch have seriously missed the mark. I feel like helpless, powerless, and now kinda abused by enterprise, and will never utilize them again especially when there are so many other competing agencies out there. I feel like I have just been stuck in a robotic telephone automated nightmare and would like to spare others from this horror. read more

I needed to rent a car so went online and pulled up Enterprise because they showed cars available. I put in the dates and my son drove me over to pick up the car. When I arrived the guy behind the counter said, "we pushed you out a day because we don't have any cars". I inquired as to why they took my rental request for the dates I put in instead of just simply telling me no cars are available. He said he can't get corporate to cooperate, so he ends up calling customers and telling them. He apologized for not calling me and saving me a trip across town. Incredibly bad service. read more

On August 29th, 2019, I made a reservation with your company for a Premium SUV for my wedding. I made the reservation for one week, and this was a very important day, as you can imagine. On the day we were supposed to pick up the vehicle, we showed up to your location and were told "we tried to get in touch with you, but we have NO CAR for you". So, about to leave on an 800 mile trip for our wedding, we suddenly had no car. I was informed that they attempted to contact me, but no phone number was included. So hotwire, through whom I made the reservation, sent along my name attached to the reservation, but did not include my phone number or email address? I find this very hard to believe as I see my contact information on the reservation and if they DON'T forward that along, I can believe this has never caused an issue in the past and why wasn't it addressed already? Nevertheless, my fiancee and I were now left with no car. And were we proactively helped by your employees at Enterprise to find a replacement or a solution for this? No. We were told "well you can try calling the Dayton airport or Cincinnati airport and see if they have any cars". So, I, the paying customer, now needs to find a solution for YOUR mistake? When asked for other possible solutions, I was told "we don't have any; people are just not returning cars or they're returning broken". When I, in frustration, made reference to the Seinfeld episode where Jerry's reservation sees something very similar, the response was "we hear that a lot". That is not a GOOD thing. It's a very negative thing and shouldn't be something you hear "a lot". What an incredibly negative experience. It takes a LOT for me to leave an online review, positive or negative, but this was absolutely inexcusable. Not only did the employees have zero sympathy for the situation, which isn't necessary but it's a nice thing in the human race, but they offered zero solutions other than that we try and do their jobs for them and find another car. I'm not a black and white guy, but I will never work with or rent a car from Enterprise again. Solution: We called Budget Rent A Car who had a vehicle for us less than ten miles away. We went, picked it up, were on our way and had a wonderful wedding. And when we returned the vehicle, the same clerk asked us how it had been and acted like a HUMAN. It was refreshing. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE because if you have any issues with the rental no one will be able to help you!!!! I turned in a vehicle 2 hours late at the Loop Rd location WITH PERMISSION FROM THE BRANCH MANAGER and as a result was charged $150 for those 2 hours and it was sent to collections. When I call, I just get the run-around; I'm passed from one person to another and no one can help. As a result of that it's been sitting on my credit for the past 4 years. I was in a car accident and it was the other driver's fault. As a result, the other insurance company paid for a rental for one week. My rental ended on a Saturday. The day that I was supposed to return the rental car, was also the day that I finalized the purchase of my new car at the dealership, but Enterprise closed at noon. As it got later in the morning, I was worried that I would not make it to Enterprise before they closed. I called and spoke with the manager and told him my concern, he said not to worry about it, that I could bring the car back when I finished at the dealership and park it in the front spot so the camera could see it and put the keys in the drop box, which I did. A month later I received a bill for approximately $150. I called the Manager and he stated that he remembered my situation and not to worry because he would take care of it. The next few months I continued to receive bills, and then I called again. The manager said that he was sorry it was not taken care of, but he would look into it. I moved not much longer after that and did not receive any other bills. Then I got a credit alert, when I looked on my credit report I realized that enterprise had sent my account to collections. I called the branch at that time and the manager was no longer there. They had no idea what I was talking about and could not help me. They referred me to customer service. I called customer service and they referred me to another number. I got disconnected. I called again, same exact thing... Customer service says they don't take care of bills once they've been put into collection, then I get referred to someone else, then I get disconnected...Here we are four years later and it has been on my credit the whole time. Just today I called and talked to four different people telling my story over and over and over again and none of them could help me, it is still not resolved. read more

We read the bad reviews and where apprehensive to do business with them. We showed up and the man helped us right away. He let us pick the car we wanted. It was almost like we where buying a new car. He said get in it and see if it's comfortable and smells good. Also to top it all off we got a really good price. read more

Worse experience ever. My insurance used them. They Charged me a deposit which was promised back.. after a month and I didn't recieve it I called them. They said it takes a bit but they would look into it.. a week later they call and say I owe them 2 days the insurance company didn't pay for. I dispute it but they charged my card for the 2 days I told them no to plus kept my deposit. Bad business plus the guy said I agreed to it. Lies. Beware of this scam. read more

I rented a car for one day while my car was being serviced. They picked me up at my residence promptly on the day/time I requested and took me to the car rental location. My car rental experience was quite good -- expedient and pleasant service and in and out in little time. The car was clean and ran well. Upon car return, they dropped me off at the auto shop. All in all, the experience was one of the better ones I've had renting a car at a non-airport location. Everyone involved from the cashier to the person dropping me off and picking me up was professional, courteous, and efficient. No, the price probably wasn't the cheapest but the service delivered was well worth the price. Hassle-free is what it was. read more

I have rented vehicles from here for years, sometimes with good results and sometimes not. April 2nd I reserved an SUV online and added the XM radio option because we were traveling 1500 miles round trip. When I arrived the assoc. said he had 2 SUV's, one with XM avail one without. I asked for the XM avail. SUV. Well, the assoc. said he had issues getting the XM to load (I have had that issue before with some of their vehicles) and I asked if another location had an SUV that was XM equipped. No was the answer. He said Enterprise was not equipping their vehicles with XM now because most people listen to apple play, that was a lie because I called corporate and they said XM was available on most rentals, and if that was true, why does the website allow us to add XM to the rental?? He suggested I put the XM app onto my phone and listen to XM that way. I tried that and that would only work when I was only in a WIFI area. There was also an issue with the key fobs. There was a card attached to the remotes that said the fobs needed to be held next to the push button start and try several times to start the vehicle, Also, when driving I had an error message on the dash that said "key not detected" I mean what the what? Also the fob would not lock or unlock the vehicle, you had to pull the metal key out of the fob (the assoc said that they disable the remote locking/unlocking capabilities of the remotes) to lock/unlock the doors. That was another lie because the fob on another vehicle I looked at did lock and unlock the doors. I was allowed to return the vehicle at no charge but they owe me for the gas I added to fill the tank before our trip. I know what was wrong with the key fobs, the batteries need replaced but instead of replacing the batteries. they tell us to hold the fob next to the start button, dive with an error message on the dash and to pull the fob apart to use the metal key to lock and unlock the doors. Totally unacceptable! I would not rent again through Enterprise even if they paid me to do it! read more

This is a phenomenal place to go through provided that you are in need of a rental after an auto accident. The employees have extensive knowledge of insurance processes and are more than willing to take the time to help their customers by any means necessary. I had never been involved in an accident nor had I ever had to use a rental, so when it came to talking to the insurance company that had accepted liability I was very naive. They took the time to help me fight with the insurance and get the assistance I needed. read more

I have same experienced (Tricia, Eddie, other people here..) with Colin Pratt, Loop Road's manager yesterday. " When I arrived the guy behind the counter said, "we pushed you out a day because we don't have any cars". In my case, I needed the car for medical reason. Not only the Manager (Colin) made no offer other solution, he has attituded! While issue was failing to his poor management. Enterprise needs to retrain him or remove him, because in my case l have no choice or time to play with him---my medical appointment was serious; I have to hire someone quickly to take me. He promised to call and update me: No return call or update me as Colin Pratt stated he would do. The Enterprise's responding here---it is not taking our review serious... at least 3 people have been gotten the same experiences from Loop Rd Enterprise or Colin Pratt, the manager and he still does the same thing today. May be class action lawsuit, might wake Enterprise up that our time is important? read more

Don't bother with a reservation. Reserved weeks in advance, verified the details the day prior to scheduled pickup. Went to pick up the car and the reserved car class was not available. A nearby office had a car available but when we got there the "available" car was not there and still needed to be cleaned and delivered. Total failure for a business that makes its money renting cars. read more

The staff at Loop Rd Enterprise is AWESOME! I rent quite a bit and they always take good care of me. Seems like they seem to have a lot of regulars. I'm willing to pay extra just to rent from them. The staff was friendly and quick; however, Enterprise did not have the car I requested available. I was given a Dodge "Monster Truck" that I had to pull myself into and jump out of onto a broken foot. I was offered a sedan as an alternative but needed a (small) SUV for the week. I wish they would have switched cars for me when one came available especially considering they commented on the fact I was in a walking cast. read more

I recently was in need for a rental due to an emergency car repair. As this branch was across from the dealership I walked over and pretty much expected to be exploited, in the event they even had one available. I am a card carrying member of another car rental company and, for no particular reason, happened to mention it to the agent. The branch manager, sitting behind the partition and eating lunch, heard me. He came around and took over. He offered to let me log into my car rental company's website to see the promotional offers I was being offered by them. He matched the one he felt was the best and most money saving. This is and will continue to be my go-to rental car store. From the counter staff to the courtesy driver I have always been impressed with the superior level of customer service. This store should be a model for the rest of the Enterprise stores. The management is likely the reason this store has such high ratings, hang on to him/her! You can count on my business! read more
