I would have to echo the previous comments and say this office deliver very poor customer service. First we were told they did a collect service, then to be told we were not told that and they don't offer this. Not the first time I have used but will most definitely be my last. The branch called me 2 hours before I was due to pick up my rental to advise me that they didnt have the car that I had pre-booked. I had booked and PAID for my reservation online 3 months before. The only vehicle they could offer me was a 7 seater people carrier, hardly a good alternative considering I had booked a 4X4. I eventually booked a car through another operator. I certainly will not be using them again. read more
