Of particular note is their practice of picking the hirer up to take delivery of the hire car and then running you home after you have no further need for the car. The 3 cars I have hired from them have all been spotlessly clean, ready-to-go and fully reliable. Their depots are easily accessible and car-parking is easy. Their prices are reasonable and very good value for money Just imagine: NO LOOKING FOR THEIR DEPOT!! They come to find you!! Brilliant or what!!

My mother had a fall and I made an emergency visit to the UK. I had rented a car from Enterprise…read moreso that I might drive her to a hospital visit. They agreed to pick me up at my mom's house (25 mins away) and drive me to Rochdale to pick up the car. That very morning my sister's schedule changed and she could take my mom to the hospital and I did not need the car. I tried to call Enterprise to let them know but they had set off early and were already at my mom's house. I told them I didn't need the car and offered to pay them for the trouble of driving so far to pick me up but they were totally understanding. They told me they hoped my mom would get well soon and not to worry. Very classy. Great customer service. Though I did not rent a car this time wouldn't hesitate to use Enterprise next time I need a rental.

Amazing experience…read more I had a replacement car from this branch of Enterprise after being involved in a non-fault accident that left me without a vehicle to go to work. I had three people in specific that made this experience a very stress free and quick one: - Abbie: She made sure I was up to date with the procedures and timeframes of my rental including being very understanding when my insurance company didn't pass me on the correct details of my vehicle return date. She also noticed that at the end of my rental I had left my keys in the car and promptly arranged for its' delivery to my residence as I couldn't pick it up. due to schedules mismatch - Kyle: For making my post accident experience of having to get a replacement car go so smoothly. - Taco: The legend who went out of his way to deliver my keys to my residence! All and all a great experience with them and will definitely use their services again in future!
