I hope Enterprise nationally is not going down hill in the cleanliness of their rentals. Nationally I have rented cars for years but this was the first time a car was dirty on the outside. I wondered if it was to camouflage all the dings, dents and chips. The windshield was covered with bugs. That was not only thing. Got into the car and it wreaked of fast food and fries. It was not wiped down on the inside windows because it has a film on them like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Found a wipe in the console and wiped down the steering wheel. Yuck!! It was really dirty. We were going to pick up the rental tomorrow but was told that it was not promised that they would have the standard car that was reserved by our insurance company. My son, his wife and 6 month old baby had just landed in Bismarck and their pre-arranged car rental had fallen through. We called the Enterprise desk at the Bismarck Airport and 'Addie' could not have been more helpful. She was just wonderful, we asked her to look out for a young couple with a baby and she got them all set up with a 2-week rental, insurance, the works! Thank-you Addie and Enterprise. read more

amazing people helped get me in a car really quick and drop off was so easy just looked everything over and i was on my way out

I booked with an agent Monday and was told that my vehicle would be ready for me to pick up on Wednesday and I got a phone call from another agent on the day of the pick up that they did not have a vehicle for me. I asked if there was any other vehicle on the lot to rent and she said no. I know all their vehicles cannot be used I feel that their staff here in Bismarck north Dakota are very biest and racist. went to get my car rental today and was told by this lady that I had no reservation and they don't have any rentals for the next three days so I called geico and they sent over my reservation and the second time around I had a guy helping me and he got me a rental I am happy with his help and service but the first rental agent really sucked read more

My Mom and I were treated great ... We rented an SUV for a trip and got the best customer service ever !! Damon and Matt were very professional and helpful.. Considering we were standing at the front desk and the employee decided to proceed to walk around us and help another customer is beyond rude in my mind. He was disrespectful from the beginning saying "hey man" when we walked in the door to my husband. And after having a PO from the repair shop still decided to help the people who came in after us. As a person he gets one star. We were here twice the same day because of insurance issues and he did not help the already frustrating experience we have had. read more

Friendly attitude and processing time picking up and returning was quick and easy! Offered ride when returning but did not need. Being off airport property may be slightly more inconvenient but definitely easier on the pocketbook! read more
