Hello gentlemen, In…read morelife there is always room for improvement.......I was very skeptical to get a car from this rental branch as the past reviews were a disaster however when I wanted to give myself a chance and try them. I always need a car on Sunday for a day so last month I made a reservation on line and went for pick up ........there was a huge line up and since I could not wait for so long I decided to leave. The week after I placed another booking and decided to go ealier to pick up the car and at pick up time I managed to speak with the representative by lexpressing my concerns regarding the whole line up waiting time on Sunday. He apologized however he promised me he would talk to his boss and see if they could make improvements to the system. Long story short, since then, I manage to go to pick up my car on Sundays without almost no line up, an upgrade to my car at no cost, and the cleaning of the car as per COVID 19 guidelines and a great smile in their faces. I would like to strongly recommend this rental car agency as given the dramatic circumstances and regardless, it's not always for granted to listen to the customers and make big improvements in such a short period of time. Rates are very competitive and no charges are being applied for late car return ( up to an hour range.....). A huge thank you to my favourite clerk Ivan as well as the branch owner Ayar Akassam. Thank you very much!!!! Raffaele De Lar

I stopped into this Enterprise during my trip to Toronto back in December (12/17/2018). They were…read morethe only location left with any vehicles, and they had reasonable rates. I booked a standard economy vehicle to take to Niagara Falls for the day. Usually, an Economy car is classified as a Volkswagen Jetta or similar. In my mind, I thought, "oh maybe a Nissan Sentra or something." The reason being the last few times I have gotten a Nissan Sentra with Enterprise and had no issues. I was surprised when I got to the Enterprise because first, they showed me a small red car - which no offense looks like a vehicle you would give a kid who just got their permit. I thought maybe a Sentra or even an SUV. While the associate was helping me suddenly stated, " I'm so sorry my manager just told me I actually could not give you an SUV because you do not meet the age requirement." This statement was odd because I have also rented SUVs from Enterprise in the past and had no issue. Maybe it is a difference between Canadian and American Enterprise policy? So I was then given the little red car which was a Nissan Micra. Because of the time and what not that was taken up, he was kind enough to give me a discount on the rental because the Micra is similar to a Mirage, which is a tiny car. Although the rental was not ideal for shopping and bringing stuff to and from Niagara Falls, it got us from Point A to Point B which is all that matters. Finding the location can be difficult, I think I went in circles twice trying to find the Enterprise - but returning the vehicle is no issue.

I know most folks at Enterprise provide great service/experience compared to other car rental companies, but Romeo, Wajeeh and the team on Laird Dr take it to a whole different level. I used to rent from another nearby Enterprise location, and when they were transferred to this location, I switched to renting from their new location. They both strike the perfect balance between friendly and professional. Excellent prices, efficient pick-ups and drop-offs, great collection of mostly new cars, free premium upgrades and early pick-ups whenever possible, and excellent handling of any issues with car and/ore before or after the rental, as well as safe keeping anything we forget in the car after drop-off (phone, sunglasses, etc.) All in all, exceptional experiences and an amazing team behind all of it.
