Again I appreciate that enterprise has cars when its competition does not. However, I do wish the checkout was simpler and the cars were more well maintained. My car was a little disgusting. Cleaning and detailing left much to be desired. The friendly agent offered to "wipe it out" but it needed much more than that. In addition to the wait to have them walk me out to it, try to sell me coverage, question my insurance, explain the policy and collect my payment, I had no time to wait for her to go get a towel and wipe at some of the build up. I will need to clear the smeared windshield if I have to drive with glare. Very disappointing. I only rent from them when others are not available. They are a bit more expensive as well. Hands down. Hannah has made this location the absolute best in the area. I have found better deals on rentals but I would rather spend a few more dollars and get amazing customer service. Hannah and her team really care about their customers. They remember names and events that you have to attend and even though she may be having a bad day, you would never know because she's always smiling!! On 3/20/23 While driving my GF's Car on Interstate 75 in Acworth the Car broke down it was approximately 4:15 pm, I immediately started trying to get an Uber, Ubers have a hard time finding you on the highway and this was the case that day. Next I called Enterprise Rent a Car where my GF and I had been good customers for about as long as the business has been open, I knew they close at 5pm and wanted to let them know I would be there ASAP, and to PLEASE wait for me. Chi the Manager was manning the phone, she would answer, blurt out can you hold? then put me on hold before I could even say anything, so after several calls, and being on hold for what seemed an eternity as time was ticking away, on the 4th call as soon as Chi answered I yelled " Do not put me on hold. " This got us off to a terrible, terrible, interaction where Miss Chi told me she would not wait for me, they closed at 5, I ended up getting there at about 4:55 after making the Uber Driver speed, run a red light, and promising him a very BIG tip for putting up with me. At this point Miss Chi used my desperate situation to Rent me a 4x4 most expensive gas guzzling vehicle they had, give me inaccurate information, and just totally treat me like someone she could care less about trying to help,no caring about my customer loyalty one bit. Realizing Miss Chi who is about in her early 20's with has ZERO customer service skills it made me question how she would ever be in a management position so I decided to investigate how she could of possibly be the Manager, turns out Enterprise has had a lawsuit from employees claiming they don't promote minorities. This has to be a big reason how Chi was ever offered a Manager position. It has been 6-7 weeks since this experience's happened I could go on about her lack of even job skills, let alone management skills, but I didn't want to make this post at all, but now it's time to rent another car, it turns out that Avis is about a 1/4 mile from Enterprise, and is $70 cheaper for a weekly rental that I am looking for. Being a loyal customer of Enterprise I would have never known this if it weren't for Miss Chi. She seems like she hates her job, and people. But I wish her well in her unearned position. My car was getting repaired in the shop a couple of weeks ago, so I called to ask for rates from enterprise they quoted me $68 a day. Upon looking over everything they hand me a little tablet that I'm supposed to sign agreeing to their terms that was all verbal I couldn't see in the sun the little tablet they were having me sign right next to the car before driving off. After receiving my credit card statement, it shows I was charged $101 a day for their baseball car. I was lied to and cheated out of my money! Not to mention the car reeks of cigarette smoke, and had filthy stains all over the cloth seats. I don't know what has happened to this place but they are definitely falling apart! read more

This location is my go-to for vehicle rentals. The professional nature with which they handle all customers and go about their work is impeccable. Being a regular customer here, I've seen them extremely busy at times, and observe them handle the pressure with poise. Their team has displayed a strong 'togetherness' uncommon these days in our rush world. I'm beginning to feel like family whenever I get picked up by staff to get a rental. My experience had both good and bad when my car was in the shop from an accident.. Positive: Agent was friendly, made pickup a bre I got a really nice hybrid that I wanted to try Negatives: There was a mixup and my car was repaired prior to when I was told it would be ready, I spoke to someone at Enterprise and told them I couldn't make it back before the day my car should have been done. I was assured everything would be okay with the insurance only to find out at return that this wasn't the case. I went through a lot of hoop jumping between agents and "managers" only offering that they don't know who would have told me that, only the insurance company could confirm that. I got so fed up I called corporate and almost immediately I had. message from the real manager over there telling me they were going to take care of it. End result I was happy but I'm easily aggitated and don't like dealing with nonsense. I found my next car though (on the bright side). read more

I've been renting from this location for over 20 years and have never had an experience that was less than stellar. Those working at this location have always been exceptionally helpful and friendly and recognize me by name. Even on days when they are especially busy, they've still made my experience a pleasant one. The vehicles are clean and ready to go when I arrive and I have always been offered several options of cars in the category I had rented. I received stellar service at this location. The entire team was accomodating, proactive, very responsive and anticipated what I would need in preparation for my rental. They called in advance to confirm the car needed, for what dates and time. Upon arrival, the class of car I reserved was not available, but they had planned to provide me with an upgrade in its place. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I reserved a compact car for the weekend (Fri - Mon). When I arrived to pick up the car, the guy who assisted me was nice, however, that's about the only positive. The car that I was given was a Nissan Sentra. It was incredibly filthy. There were stains everywhere! It was filthy on both the inside and outside, including inside the trunk!!! The vehicle obviously had not been well taken care of and had dents and scratches all over, a chip in the windshield, and even the rubber stripping around the doors and widows was damaged and hanging out. I cannot believe that they could in good conscience rent a vehicle this gross and damaged to a paying customer. When I asked for a different car because obviously this vehicle, not only had been damaged, but had not been cleaned or washed in gosh knows how long, I was told that I would have to pay more out of pocket for another vehicle because that was the only compact car that they had on the lot. That is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up renting the vehicle because my personal vehicle had recently broken down and I needed something to get around for a few days and did not want to pay extra money for a different car. I will not be renting from here again. read more

While the staff is friendly...the system must be flawed. I made a reservaion earlier in the day for anything that would be available first thing in the morning. I received a call at 6:30 tonight saying they had NO cars available on ANY of their lots for pick-up first thing in the morning. They did ask if I could push back the reservation, but given that I am on a tight schedule that would not work. Had I just been told upfront I could have made other arrangements. I quesion the logic of conacting someone after business hours to tell them they are out of luck. I have been a good and faithful customer of Enterprise for the last 15 years.....but one call says it all and now I'm no longer a customer....period!!!!! read more

I scheduled a compact rental onilne for 04/24/2015, once I arrived to do a noon pick up, they didn't have a compact car ready for me, but I was upgraded a to full. I was pleased with the accommodation. However, while on the highway and began exeriencing a tremble and shakes from the car, after the arrival to my destination, I noticed that most of the tires were bald with no tread. Currently writing this from the bank at 4 am, why am I at the bank at 4 am? Because I decided to go and put money on my debit card so I could simply pay my fee at 2 am but I had to go back when I saw they charged me already and over drafted my account. I specifically asked if the card they just needed to be "on file" to hold a "pending charge" would be charged before the date I returned the car to Enterprise. The salesman assured me that although he was the second person I talked to who didn't actually regularly work there, that any card I gave him wouldn't be charged until I brought the car in and could pay with a credit card or some specialized check. This is my second bad enterprise experience and it has made having to rent a car after mine was involved in an accident way more stressful than it should be. First I can't get a car, then I get lied to. Literally paying for nothing at this point, next time I'm gunna try hertz. Wouldn't recommend trying to deal with this company if you are stressed out already. John, not sure who you are with but after I called on a completely unrelated car matter, I was called back about 10 minutes later and asked how I liked my experience. When I didn't bite I was confronted and told "let me explain to you" in terms of the way their credit cards work. I know how credit cards work so it was a very short talk. Good service but I don't know why you give 2 sets of keys and there both connected. So if you lose the key to the auto you lose both sets. In addition the keys are bulky and putting them in my pocket was a pain. If you want to give 2 sets then we need to be able to separate them. read more
