Everything. I bought a car with a purchase for a warrenty on my cost. I said ok. My bank referred me so I said ok. The bank approved me and the sale was to be reviewed by my bank as my loan processed. I said Ok. Enterprze will process your paper with pre approval. The bank later added extra cost to my loan. Didnt review the paper work for weeks THEN my Nissan Sentra temp died. Less than 6 months and several thousand dollars of repairs required. Endurance made me wait 5 days to get an outside approval. And a rental was not avail without an approval. Certified Pre- owned meant nothing. I should have never trusted the bank associate as she failed to protect my investment by verifying the expense. I didn't think the one in Houston would be just as bad as the one in Lubbock. It's just as bad. My dad & I walked in and we weren't greeted. Instead a black lady with a green dress on laughed & shouted said she will be right with us & left to go outside she never returned. Three or four parties came in assisting no one. The lobby got full of customers but again no assistance. The service here sucks they don't value their customers. Two black men came in they called before they arrived & made reservations you think they got assistance. I'm staring at one now. They look as unsatisfied as everyone else in the lobby. If you wanna feel ignored this is right place they have all the necessities to make you feel that way. Salesman was great. Managers credibility is zero. Bought a car with some problems they promised to fix. Took car in. They had for two days and never corrected the problem. I am contacting corporate because the manager is not honest and cost me time and money by pretending to fix issues instead of returning the car and scheduling another time when they could take care of it. I had the tire fixed myself because I got tired of spending money to fill out every day. I drove off with the faulty tire when I bought it, and they didn't tell me they had a problem. I have dealt with Enterprise Car sales in Houston on the Gulf Freeway and experienced sales people like Philip Rodriguez, who plays it fast and loose with the truth. He Promises you the moon and then delivers crap, and then offers hollow apologies and excuses. Very frustrating to deal with people like this who are dishonest in their business dealing and commitments they make. Don't believe the no haggle crap either. There's lots of room to haggle on the price with their cars because just like any used car place. There are problems, don't let down your usual guard in evaluating their vehicles and prices. I made the mistake of trusting this business and it cost me. I refuse to deal with people who lie to me in business affairs. You don't get a second chance. In my opinion, I would not recommend buying a car from this company, especially from this location. They sold my Dad a elderly terminally ill man who had snuck out of his care facility a car. It's not the fact that they sold him a car that hurts me the most, it's the fact that they sold him a car for over the blue book value and then financed it for 72 months at a whopping 20.11% interest that hurts the most. Anyone could see that my Dad was not healthy enough or had the mental capacity to make this decision on his own. My father was a retired successful businessman who owned and operated a large company for years and would have never in his right mind agreed to these terms or conditions. My father had Liver disease which causes brain fog and was not capable of making this kind of decision. Once the car was in his possession he proceeded on an over 1,000-mile road trip alone across the county not sure how he made it where he was going in his condition. He bought this car on November 30th, 2022 in Houston Tx Drove to N.E. Alabama where and passed away on December 24th, 2022. I called Enterprise and confronted them about selling my Dad this car and they pretty much said it was not their problem to take it up with the finance company, however, they (Enterprise) knowingly sold this car to a terminally ill man, and you cannot convince me otherwise. Now I am stuck having to deal with a finance company to try to return this car, on my own. I would hate to know that I was so greedy for a sale that I would stoop to such unethical levels as this, shame on you guys! As of recent, i have had a not so good experience with Enterprise Car Sales on the Gulf Fwy in Houston, Tx. I boughtt a Nissan Rogue from them in Feb.2021 & it had major mechanical & emission issues, . The car went back n forth to Firestone, NTB & lastly, the Nissan dealership &between all 3 of them noone fixed my issue, they kept my car for 2 wks & still same issue, but they presented me with an invoice from the dealership. Same issue. I went back in forth with them, repirted them to corporate & then i told them, hey look, this vehicle isnt working for me i dont want it.. Then 2 dys ago, after waiting over a month to get into this Hyundai Tuscon, due to financial politics. I get the Hyundai, & 36 hrs later the engine light comes on..REALLY? So, i take it to there service contracted place, & am showed on the diagnostic machine, that the "catalytic converter" is bad. I ask, how, technician stated, due to low octane gasoline, which erodes the tank, exhaust system over time...so, hear i go again. He says that i need to take it to the dealership. Less than 2dys having another vehicle im going through same ole shit..Wish me luck..but, i feel this should have been prevented, Enterprise new i was coming back for this car they had more than a month to have it checked out to make sure its good, considering i had just been to hell in back on the Rogue.. so, do they really care? The tech was saying he could reset the code on it, to turn off the service engine light, but he said, im not doing that, they need to see this @ the dealership to know, what to fix..but, i will know if they fixed it or not, because it is making a buzzing sound & is sluggish upon acceleration. We had funding in place and Phillip Rodriguez had confirmation of secured lending from our CU. They were very pushy about finance with us and then you can refinance with your credit union later. Very poor customer service and very shady business tactics. Buyer beware. Fortunately for us we found a van same year and 30k less miles, and added options of Navigation and heated seats for would you believe it $2500 less. Purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales based on inspection and no haggle pricing system. Within 4 days, I noticed car appeared to have difficulty starting as if battery was bad.. The next day, car would not start at all. I went and had battery tested and mechanic said, this battery only has a low charge, i.e. it was bad and was NEVER inspected as promised by Enterprise. I subsequently asked for the paperwork that shows exactly what was inspected. Standard answer was "it is in the glovebox." Only list of what was inspected was a generic list of what they "promise to inspect," which is no guarantee of what was actually inspected. I called Enterprise and asked for a list of what was inspected and they are now scrambling to determine whether an inspection was even done. Please ask for inspection paperwork for the specific vehicle you are interested in PRIOR to purchase. read more

Was referred to them from Enterprise Rental location. Met with Sales Person Jeremy. Everything was great. Submitted information to get approval on a new car, test drove and went home as it was the end of the day. Never got a phone call the next day. Day 2, called and Jeremy said his Manager should have called me the previous day. He said he'd get with his Manager and call me back in about half an hour. Never received a call back. Went to another place and drove out in a new car 2 hours later. Will never refer anyone to Enterprise Car sales. They wasted my time and insulted me further by not bothering to follow up. I recently purchased a car from Enterprise and about a week and a half later I experienced a couple of issues with the car. I called the salesman and the manager for assistance but to my surprise, they were non responsive in getting back to me to resolve the issues. In short, I was left feeling like they didn't care after all the paper work was signed. The deal was sealed so I guess their customer service was over with me. In the beginning, the entire staff was nice and very helpful but once that paperwork was signed, I couldn't reach anyone. I called several times only to be placed on hold for several minutes. That was very unpleasant and frustrating. They did call me back a couple of times but we kept missing each other but I called them back everytime and got nowhere. So would I buy another car from Enterprise Sales? Probably but not at the location I went to. I hate giving bad reviews but as a consumer, it's my duty to do just that. If these businesses don't know why they are losing business and they don't know what needs to be fixed, then they will forever be in the dark if people don't speak up. What's sad is most of these people think their business is perfect because most of their patrons just stop doing business with them rather than tell them what the issues are.
