Check out this furniture -- chairs made from old wine barrels, bar stools with webbing from seat belts, a gorgeous sofa with entirely organic fibers, and a dining room table from sustainable teak? Could my everlasting soul buy its way into a more gorgeous heaven? But wait, look at the organic sheets. No, no, over here -- check out the local art on the walls. What? The walls are painted with safe, water based paints? The owners are incredibley helpful interior designers with certifications in green, environmentally friendly, and allergenic specialties. And if you time it right you could be there for a cooking lesson in their custom designed showroom kitchen (a two drawer, water efficient dish washer? get outta here!) from local Chef Becky Selengut, who specializes in locally grown organic fare. I wish I could rent this place out for a private event -- or maybe I'll just hide out in the customized bathroom with its two flush setting toliet and recycled glass tile until the owners go home.... read more

Entero Design - Showroom - Interior Design Near Me - Seattle, Washington

BEWARE of lack of professionalism. We hired Sandy to improve the layout, function and light in our kitchen and dining space. During our first design review, it was clear Sandy was not listening to us or had the skills to execute our plan. Instead of following our list of priorities, she spent time designing room layouts which we made clear we did not want to change. Sandy billed many hours applying interior design elements such as colors, furniture, dog bowls before we finalized on structural layout of the space. We asked for her to review and make updates however did not hear from her for an extended period of time, no answers to emails, calls or voicemails. Due to the lack of communication, not following timeline, billing us for unknowns, and $4K later we decided it was best to terminate the relationship. Run while you can and hire someone that is a design professional in architecture vs someone trying to make a buck on selling a cabinet line, playing with color schemes and placing rugs in SketchUp. This is the first bad review I've ever written and feel I should share our experience since a remodel is such a personal and financial investment. And we've found an amazing NEW team to work on our home and bring our dreams to life. read more

HORRIBLE "customer service" or lack thereof! Go elsewhere, folks unless you don't mind your projects being delayed at least a YEAR!!! SO incredibly unprofessional! I met Sandy Campbell in NOV 2015 at the Seattle home remodeling show and she was offering a FREE 90 min initial consultation (a joke!). At that time I told her exactly what I needed to have done in my house and the type of design company I wanted to work with. We set up a time to meet at my home the following week. This is now JULY 2016 and after EIGHT MONTHS of Sandy delaying the meeting with excuse after excuse, she is STILL putting off my consult appointment while she continues to meet with other clients and take on new projects! Meanwhile, I've been extremely understanding, flexible, and patient and have even cancelled appointments with other designers so that I could accommodate Sandy's schedule (despite that *I* am the customer and the one who should be accommodated). A phone call to Sandy today got me a lame "I'm sorry; I don't know what to tell you" response. That's it! SHAME ON YOU, Sandy, for judging me based on the value of my home and assuming that my remodeling budget isn't in line with your other "high end" clients. You have NO IDEA what I can afford but it's surprisingly and considerably more than you think. This company doesn't deserve my business because the owner has done nothing to earn it! I've shared my experience on my blog page, several social media sites, and with all of my friends, family, and co-workers so that they're all informed and don't make the same mistake I did. read more

Has anyone else dealt with this company? My son is "getting design help" from this company for his kitchen remodel, but they haven't contacted him in weeks. I'm worried that either this is a bogus company or that they are taking his $ and not doing the work. read more

One Earth One Design really know there Green. I went in looking at some flooring and ended up ordering all my flooring supplies from them. They have but loads of information about how and why I should choose certain products based on things like "off gassing" and production methods. They offer competitive pricing and great customer service. I would highly recommend a visit if you are thinking about remodeling your home. read more

Sandy and her husband know their stuff. We've been in twice and picked up a few small things, but have had great conversations that have lasted a lot longer than I expected. The nice thing is they have a wide range of sustainable stuff and can pass you along for other sustainable stuff. All sustainable stuff. My bigger concerns for sustainability are the disposal of the stuff that I have now ... like I want to redo my bathroom but I have to get rid of the fiberglass that's in my current bathroom.
