No one there is rude or unkind but after both my kids got referred to this office for a tonsillectomy I have spent HOURS here waiting. If your appointment is at 8:30, don't expect to be taken back to your room for at least an hour. And you won't see the nurse your working with for at least another 30 minutes. It is by far, the WORST managed Doctors office I have EVER seen. Please Dr Wulf, FIRE YOUR OFFICE MANAGER and get someone in there who knows how to schedule appointments so your patients are treated like our time matters. Because at this point, it's clear that your office staff couldn't care less about the value of my time.

He performed a revision sinus surgery and first, the recovery was so much easier than the first surgery and second, the final results are so much better. .The surgeon counts! Pros: very easy to make an appointment. Dr. Higgins is very personable and extremely knowledgeable about all areas of sinuses (and I asked tons of questions). He is up to date on all advances. I never have to wait long to see him. Check out is even easier that check-in. I can't think of any cons. (We were also asked who referred us at check in, but it was not a problem that we'd booked without one.) We were checked in quickly and given paperwork to complete. My son got called back about 15 minutes after his appointment but we needed a few minutes to do the questionnaire. He saw Dr. Borton and was happy by this visit with her. She confirmed his tinnitus as well as his healthy hearing, and agreed to his request to provide paperwork for school. As his mom I appreciated him having a comfort level with the doctor and leaving with information he'd been seeking. This office hosts several physicians. Their doctors also work downtown on Chestnut Street if that location is preferred. Clean waiting room area. Masks optional. Plenty of parking spaces. Located near casual restaurants if you're appointment falls near a lunch or dinner appointment.

Scheduling the appointment was fairly easy, got one within a week from the day I called. They even mailed out a packet for me to fill out before my appointment. Arriving to my appointment was abit confusing. The Cool Spring plaza has a couple of HMH family care doctors. This particular one is located in the front of Cool Springs (facing ring road). I parked in the back of Cool Springs, behind this office. I signed in and set up my insurance and other info they needed. I was surprised to have a wait time about 20 minutes. The waiting room was super spacious and a couple of Tvs on and some reading material. Once called back, did normal check up and meet and greet with my Dr and was on my way. Super easy check out and made way to the lab literally a couple of doors down. They were super quick and efficient. I was in and out of there less than 10 minutes. Let's see how it goes when I am sick.

Every room we passed by was empty and everyone was standing back talking and yet not one person asked if we needed help. Disgusting practice!! I will never take my granddaughter there again. I have been going to Dr Hammer for years and first started with him when his practice opened in Radcliff. The entire staff do a wonderful job taking care of patients. Unfortunately they are closed on Wed afternoons and Fridays which can sometimes cause a delay in getting in although he does accommodate emergency dental situations at any time. They accept a lot of major insurance programs. I often joke with Dr Hammer that he is the only painless dentist I have ever been to. If you are looking for a good dentist I recommend either Drs Hammer or Van Zant.
