I went in today to pay my insurance premium for the year. I called their office and they said a cashier's check would suffice. So, I get there and they won't take a cashier's check for nearly $3000???? After a few minutes they send out Nicole Farmer (Operations manager) who started barking at me and would NOT let me speak. They finally said that they would mail the check to Allstate, but refused to give me a receipt (for nearly 3K).Then Nicole Farmer told me to leave. So I do, and she chases me out of her building onto the street and continued yelling at me that she would call the police if I returned. I went home and got new insurance from a new company (USAA), saving me nearly $600/year for nearly double the coverage. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!! Scott B

Luckily I've only had to call them a few times, but when I have they are extremely helpful! They don't waste any time, which is my favorite part of calling them. They don't need to know every single little detail about my account or what I'm calling for. They tell me what I need to know/do and I'm on my way. I was recently directed to the GEICO App to get my windshield crack claim filed with them. The entire claim took me approximately 4-5 minutes to input on the app and at the end I had a scheduled windshield repair appointment at my house setup for free! The app was extremely easy to use and efficient. All the options for which car, who was driving, etc. were easy to choose. Greatly made! The people here are great! I was offered a sale on 4 new tires for my Honda CRV buy 3 and get 1 free for the low price of…read more$900. I also asked to have my tire sensor replaced because my sensor light was on. I was told the sensor was fine I only needed to push the reset button. That was last week and the light is back on. I went to my regular tire center and got the 4 tires for $600. I'm taking my truck back there for them to replace the sensor. I only joined AAA because my mechanic retired. I will try the facility in Norfolk before I decide if I'm going to renew my membership.
