Hard to believe I haven't reviewed Enrique Tomas yet - I've had it bookmarked since my visit in September. And let's face it - my visit was nothing short of a feast, so it's hard to forget. I came with a group following an afternoon of cava tasting and we enjoyed wave after wave of cheese platters, jamon Iberico, tomato bread, and giant mugs of beer. The food was unbelievable and we later bought more on our Jamón Experience tour.
That's right. Jamón Experience. Because when a city has a museum dedicated to jamón (and Enrique Tomas is part of it), you don't let that opportunity pass you by. read more
