Enrichment Learning Academy, LLC was founded for the need to provide private, individual, and small group academic tutoring services to struggling readers and writers regardless of soci-econmoic status. Our focus is to provide our families with not only the educational tools needed to be a successful student, but social emotional learning techniques as well. We specialize in K-8th grade all content subjects. Each of our tutoring packages are personalized to enhance our student’s possibilities. The philosophy of Enrichment Learning Academy, LLC is that all students can reach and enhance their full potential with individualized interventions.

Meet the Business Owner: Rodneshia H.

Mrs. Holloway is the Owner and Director of Enrichment Learning Academy, a private tutoring program that provides individual and small group academic tutoring services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade. Mrs. Holloway began her career as a Middle School Reading teacher to students in 6-8th grade. As a result, she began to have a deeper passion for bridging the gap with struggling readers and writers. This is when she decided to open her own private tutoring business, and Enrichment Learning Academy was born. Mrs. Holloway is passionate about education and has a love for all students. Today, she is a 5th year English teacher and has almost 10 years of tutoring experience. Mrs. Holloway holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Work, Masters of Education, Specialist of Education in Middle Grades, and is currently completing her Educational Leadership certificate. She devotes her time and commitment to helping children reach their full potential and enhancing their educational goals.
