Mind you, my steps are, select pymnt amount, select pymnt date and select source of pymnt because these are payments I've also been making for years using everything the exact same, exception being date and sometimes the amounts. I've not had to enter the routing or account number in YEARS. They continually try to say it was me or the place that sent the pymt and yet they show they sent the same exact data as they have in previous years. Now, it's a shoulder shrug.

They had my house note but when I…read morerefinanced, it went elsewhere, within one month, they reduced my credit limit on 3 cards. in Mar of 2025, 3 of my payments were returned because the bank couldn't find my account. Mind you, the information sent was the exact same information that had been sent for at least 12 mos if not years. This very situation happened again in September. Mind you, I sent a payment for my car ins. They returned it saying account not found but using the EXACT same information for my daughter's ins pymnt, NO ISSUES. I call, am told it didn't like the routing information (remember, same as my daughter's pymnt which processed without issue). I had to readd the banking information but used the routing information they said to use. IT WAS RETURNED FOR THE SAME REASON!. I called again and the finger pointing was amazing. THEN it was, well, we don't see a returned pymnt on your account. Well, duh, the payment was returned because account wasn't found. This was a constant fall back on their side and they continually pointed the finger at me or the merchant. NOT ONCE did they consider there was an issue on their end.
