First the lady gave her a regular mtn dew bc she was in a rush, then when my friend said it was supposed to be diet she then goes to the lobby to get it as requested, as you may know Mtn dew is a yellowish green color. This lady then hands her a cup with soda water KNOWING the mtn dew was out instead of offering a different drink because she was annoyed. Rude service and I am sick of that. I work in customer service as well and I treat my PAYING customers how i would want to be treated at any establishment. Do better.

The hose had been laying in a pile of poop and had ants all over it. So that was gross. Went inside to wash my hands after and the bathroom sink was incredible old and gross. The soap machine wasn't working and instead there was a hand soap on the sink with the pump off and just poured out. All around terrible experience.
