Right before he slid his card I saw a charge she rang up for a whole pizza for $9.99. We didn't buy a whole pizza. This woman instead of scanning the promo for the pizza slices, rang them up but also scanned us for a whole pizza and my husband would've paid for her dinner had I not seen it. I ripped his card out and ask her to bring it back up, she this time completely skipped the screen that shows us what we were purchasing. So I told her she needed to take off the pizza we didn't buy and she was trying to get us to pay for. Shady shady shady shady. I can't help but think this woman targets military families that don't pay much attention at the checkout. Needs to be stopped, we wonder how many pizzas the customers have paid for or money she has kept from selling a pizza that never existed. I'm pissed.

Truck stops are definitely needed on this stretch now because parking is severely lacking and lot of the truck stops are doing a good job chain wise of opening up. This is like any other standard T/A They have the fueling sections they have the driver sections this one has a Burger King inside of it. Still staying fairly clean for the most part being that it's still new I know the bathrooms could use a little attention like some have said in the past some of the stuff is falling apart already due to Vandals. I have a nice little drivers room with TV comfortable chairs. This is one of the tas that has their new Bean to cup coffee. They also have a nice selection of hot food in the deli cases fully stock store. There's also a truck repair shop on premises like almost all ta's.

We ordered 1 Abby's meal - Husband wanted the classic roast beef, curly fries, & a medium drink. They had about 10 choices of drink. But he lit up when he saw Coke Zero. Not many places have Coke Zero, so he was pleased. We split the medium curly fries. They were hot and fresh!! I had just the Turkey ranch and bacon sandwich with water. Both sandwiches were delicious! In fact, my Turkey sandwich was huge and filling. Our bill was under $20. Regular gas was $2.79 for regular with a credit card AND cash! Employees are great…read more My pump pal card was used over a holiday weekend and before the charges could be paid out of my account it was compromised by fraud and the bank closed it down. The collection agency that handles unpaid pump pal purchases attached an insufficient fund fee of $30 to my account. Locked the parkers card and refused two (2) letters of explanation from the bank excusing the charge. Not only did they lie about being able to remove the fee but told a lie about when the charge occurred. I am totally for the gas purchase and only want to pay for my gas. Had to pay the full amount to get my account back. Then tells me it will be at least 24 hours before the pump pal card is reactivated. Very disappointed in how this collection agency handled this situation. I will no longer be a customer. I will go elsewhere. Sincerely, Sharon Jackson Statesboro GA
