Since 2018, i've had a few dead-end experiences with multiple physical therapists in the New Haven area, where they couldn't determine the underlying issues and mainly advised me to stop working out. However, in the short time i've been working with Patrick, I've made significant progress in moving pain free, getting much stronger, and having better mobility for both working out and daily activities. He takes his time to determine the problem, listens to what issues are arising that day, and changes the therapy/routine to adapt - all things that have helped a lot in my recovery.

I did some reading of reviews on several therapy places. This place seemed very positive. It's extremely clean, everyone is very nice, the therapist are very knowledgeable. There's a large room you can work in or if you prefer you can go into a private room. It's been three weeks I have been going twice a week. It's a slow go, but my back has been bothering me since October and it's now December. I am very happy I found this therapy group. The only negative I have found is they are closed weekends. They do make up for it though they always have appointments at 5 or 5:30.
