When you go to your two 1 1/2 hour therapy session you sit around lined up like a bunch of 8 to 12 ducks and when your therapy person stops Socialization ing or a machine frees up, You maybe get 30 minutes Actual exercise and their exercises are so limited That you're almost glad to get wheeled back to your room. They have a small cafeteria which serves typical hospital food with no originality. The meal planner must've graduated from a fast food restaurant.

It was explained to me that if someone did not check my mother's clothes in then it never happened. So I was called a liar. I cooked up this scheme to get rich off a rehab hospital by claiming I brought in imaginary clothes. I thought that was rich, considering from the time my mom came to you from the hospital informing me my mother had been delivered there, I never talked to a nurse, a therapist or an administrator. But patient care is of utmost importance to you sir. Really? My mom was allowed to stay there exactly two weeks, as I was told by one of your employees, that is when you ship them home well or not when the insurance runs out. My mother lived across the street and she was wheeled over there with the gown on her back and nothing else. She was deposited in the lobby and you walked out the door. My mother had to wear hand me downs until she moved in with me and I purchased her a new wardrobe while you did nothing sir. Nothing for her rehabilitation and not properly caring for her belongings. So do not tell me that you reviewed the case and found what exactly? I don't believe your priority is patient care, it is the bottom line. Please do not try to make my complaint trivial. Those things belonged to my mother and were important to her. She passed on mother's day, 2023 while she was in hospice and I was by her side . She was an amazing wife, mother and person. She did not deserve the treatment she was given at your facility. I'm sure other children of elderly parents would be interested in my evaluation of your facility. I only gave you one star because I had to. That is my response, sir.

I love that the hospital staff, from the front desk to the nursing staff learns the family members…read moreand greets them by name. One of my moms favorite CNA's is Toni. She treats my mom like she's a friend and jokes around with her making her smile. (My mom could not move or respond back except with facial expressions at that point.) Toni didn't care. She treated her the same. We have a lot of favorites but she stands out.

After 2 weeks inpatient, I began their outpatient program, 3 X weekly, for 4 months (so far). I can now walk, without assistance, I can take care of myself, my home, even enjoy time at the lake with my family. The staff were friendly and set high expectations. They were motivating and encouraging while challenging me to meet my goals. My outcome far exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend PAM to anyone requiring these services.

From day one the room was filthy the ac vent had mold, the call lights did not, the day my family member was brought into the facility they left her bed in the highest position and nobody checked on her for over an hour to get her set up for the night. And cared for her until she passed away The front office was hard to get help with. Multiple times left messages were never returned and during this time and you need answers it should be a priority to return calls promptly. Our mom was there for a month and a half and a doctor never called us it was always a nurse or us calling finding out she had tested for Covid or was being transferred to a hospital.
