She would usually uplift my spirit before I left if I was depressed. This place is physically connected to the Corpus Christi Athletic Club where they also help patients in a pool. I highly recommend Therapy First for your physical therapy needs.

After my car accident, I was left physically hurting and emotionally drained. I didn't know what to expect walking into Therapy First, but what I received was far beyond what any five-star rating can capture. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed like family--not just a patient. The owner is one of the most authentic, kind-hearted professionals I've ever met. You can feel the love and purpose in every decision they've made--from the calming layout of the clinic, to the exceptional staff they've brought on board. You can tell this place was built to heal, not just treat. Every single staff member went above and beyond--always warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. They remembered my name, my story, my pain points, and my goals. They didn't just treat my body--they respected my humanity. Every visit felt personal. I never felt rushed. I never felt like "just another appointment." They listened--and that alone is rare these days. The physical therapy programs are next level. Thoughtfully tailored to me, my pace, and my body's unique needs. I saw real results. Real relief. And even more importantly--I felt seen, heard, and cared for through the entire process. If I could give Therapy First LLC 100 stars, I would. They are the gold standard in care--professional, passionate, and purpose-driven. Whether you're recovering from an accident, injury, or just in need of compassionate support, this is where healing happens. Thank you to the owner and every member of your team. You didn't just help me recover--you reminded me what it means to be supported. I'm forever grateful.

I am so grateful to have found someone who not only knows what she's doing, but truly cares about the people she works with. The physical therapists at this clinic do an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the care I…read morereceived from them. Unfortunately, my experience with the business office has been extremely frustrating. One thing prospective patients should be aware of is that the clinic seems very quick to collect payment. In my experience, there was little discussion about treatment plans, appointments, or other details until after payment was made. I ultimately overpaid by $120. My last appointment was in January or February 2026, and I have been requesting a refund ever since. I understand that all insurance claims need to be finalized and that there can be processing delays. However, there is no dispute that the refund is owed to me. More than 60 days ago, I was told it would take at least 60 days to receive the refund. When I called again today, I spoke with Maria, who confirmed my address and told me that I simply needed to continue waiting because it was a "corporate" matter. When I asked if the solution was just to keep waiting, her response was, "Yes, just continue to wait." At this point, I find the situation difficult to understand. It is frustrating to repeatedly follow up and receive the same response with no timeline or resolution. While I have no complaints about the quality of care provided by the therapists, I would encourage potential patients to be cautious and pay close attention to billing, payments, and refunds. My experience with the clinic's financial handling has left me with very little confidence that this matter will be resolved promptly.

Everyone there is quite knowledgeable, and they are also all very friendly, from the kind women behind the front desk all the way down to the therapists. These are all very kind, compassionate, and caring people. This is my second opportunity to use Shull Physical Therapy. I went the first time for a BPPV problem, and Walter helped me immensely. I haven't really suffered from that issue again or if so, it is usually not for long. This time I am going to Shull Physical Therapy due to a fall I took, having broken a vertebra in my back, and having surgery, but still needing help with some of the pain. Let me assure you, these people know what they're doing. I can tell it is helping. I have had both Walter and Victoria work with me, and they are both great. I surely feel that when I have completed all of my therapy that I will be perfectly fine again for the first time in a long time. When I heard I had to have physical therapy again, there was no doubt in my mind who I was going to call. I have been to another place in town, and between the two places, Shull Physical Therapy is the winner, hands down. I will continue to use this physical therapy office if I should need physical therapy again in the future, and I would highly recommend Shull Physical therapy to anyone who has an issue requiring physical therapy. You will be happy with the results.
