After my car accident, I was left physically hurting and emotionally drained. I didn't know what to expect walking into Therapy First, but what I received was far beyond what any five-star rating can capture. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed like family--not just a patient. The owner is one of the most authentic, kind-hearted professionals I've ever met. You can feel the love and purpose in every decision they've made--from the calming layout of the clinic, to the exceptional staff they've brought on board. You can tell this place was built to heal, not just treat. Every single staff member went above and beyond--always warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress. They remembered my name, my story, my pain points, and my goals. They didn't just treat my body--they respected my humanity. Every visit felt personal. I never felt rushed. I never felt like "just another appointment." They listened--and that alone is rare these days. The physical therapy programs are next level. Thoughtfully tailored to me, my pace, and my body's unique needs. I saw real results. Real relief. And even more importantly--I felt seen, heard, and cared for through the entire process. If I could give Therapy First LLC 100 stars, I would. They are the gold standard in care--professional, passionate, and purpose-driven. Whether you're recovering from an accident, injury, or just in need of compassionate support, this is where healing happens. Thank you to the owner and every member of your team. You didn't just help me recover--you reminded me what it means to be supported. I'm forever grateful.

The physical therapists at this clinic do an excellent job, and I was very pleased with the care I…read morereceived from them. Unfortunately, my experience with the business office has been extremely frustrating. One thing prospective patients should be aware of is that the clinic seems very quick to collect payment. In my experience, there was little discussion about treatment plans, appointments, or other details until after payment was made. I ultimately overpaid by $120. My last appointment was in January or February 2026, and I have been requesting a refund ever since. I understand that all insurance claims need to be finalized and that there can be processing delays. However, there is no dispute that the refund is owed to me. More than 60 days ago, I was told it would take at least 60 days to receive the refund. When I called again today, I spoke with Maria, who confirmed my address and told me that I simply needed to continue waiting because it was a "corporate" matter. When I asked if the solution was just to keep waiting, her response was, "Yes, just continue to wait." At this point, I find the situation difficult to understand. It is frustrating to repeatedly follow up and receive the same response with no timeline or resolution. While I have no complaints about the quality of care provided by the therapists, I would encourage potential patients to be cautious and pay close attention to billing, payments, and refunds. My experience with the clinic's financial handling has left me with very little confidence that this matter will be resolved promptly.

I am well aware of how you handled my 88 year old mother's rehab and it was pathetic. I personally…read morebrought in an extensive amount of her wardrobe to your facility which I explained came from mostly upper end stores. It was explained to me that if someone did not check my mother's clothes in then it never happened. So I was called a liar. I cooked up this scheme to get rich off a rehab hospital by claiming I brought in imaginary clothes. I thought that was rich, considering from the time my mom came to you from the hospital informing me my mother had been delivered there, I never talked to a nurse, a therapist or an administrator. But patient care is of utmost importance to you sir. Really? My mom was allowed to stay there exactly two weeks, as I was told by one of your employees, that is when you ship them home well or not when the insurance runs out. My mother lived across the street and she was wheeled over there with the gown on her back and nothing else. She was deposited in the lobby and you walked out the door. My mother had to wear hand me downs until she moved in with me and I purchased her a new wardrobe while you did nothing sir. Nothing for her rehabilitation and not properly caring for her belongings. So do not tell me that you reviewed the case and found what exactly? I don't believe your priority is patient care, it is the bottom line. Please do not try to make my complaint trivial. Those things belonged to my mother and were important to her. She passed on mother's day, 2023 while she was in hospice and I was by her side . She was an amazing wife, mother and person. She did not deserve the treatment she was given at your facility. I'm sure other children of elderly parents would be interested in my evaluation of your facility. I only gave you one star because I had to. That is my response, sir.
