They gave me great recommendations as to how to best achieve my vision within the confines of the object I chose and engraving limitations/requirements. On top of this, they delivered the present on time. The gift was beautifully rendered and my friend loved it.

We then sent them requests for three other last minute plaques. One of the logos was wonky and did not translate well to the concept, so Eddie worked on the logo and the plaque turned out AMAZING!! All three had very intricate logos that could have looked like blobs, but they did an absolutely spectacular job!!

Quality and service were A+-- i'm trying to find an excuse to use them again, the cups were such a hit on our trip (just see for yourself). Perfect example of a business going above and beyond; I am extremely grateful.

Nice people but ruined my wedding gifts for my groomsmen. I sent sample artwork and was told that…read moreit would be no problem to do the engraving I was looking for. I then sent all art files for the engraving before dropping off the knives. I was told again, at the time of drop off, that my request wouldn't be a problem. After a couple of days, i received a photo of what was done. One was done with the sample art I had sent which was not part of the actual request, and another was ruined entirely because a different method of engraving was used. So far 2 knives were ruined and unusable. It's as if they were "figuring it out" rather than just be honest about their capabilities. They told me to come back with new knives so they can redo them. No thanks.

Honesty and expertise…read more I was desperate to replace the gasket for my blender. I was prepared to have it 3d printed since the manufacturer no longer supplies it. Instead the owner told me how to replace it at a fraction of the cost. So not a customer yet, but a fan and advocate.

(I am now also getting A TON MORE junk mail.) From one of these places someone called me and asked me questions that I did not understand. Only Peter contacted me with no non-sense, answered my questions, and gave me a great price! Turnaround was as promised, too. It gets better! I had ordered 5 pieces and wanted an add-on to each one. While he could just have 3-d printed all 5 add-ons, he suggested that I do just ONE first, and make sure the fit was ok, before proceeding with the other 4. Spoken like a partner, and not a vendor who is trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you. I am done shopping for 3D printers: Pete is my go-to guy!

Terrible experience with this shop. They engraved my medal, but the engraving was clearly crooked…read more My husband picked it up and didn't notice until he got home to show me, but as a creative director and graphic designer by trade, I could easily tell. I mocked it up in the attached photo (the red lines are all parallel to each other and shown in comparison to the date on the medal). When I called to let the shop know, the man who did the engraving immediately denied that it was crooked without even seeing it. I explained that it was, but he continued to rudely and defensively insist otherwise. His tone was combative and dismissive, and at one point he even said, "Well, what do you want me to do about it??" To make matters worse, he ended the call by saying, "Well, have your husband come back for his $30 then. All this for just $30," in a condescending and dismissive tone, as if the issue wasn't worth his time or care. My husband did end up going back to the shop after my call, and he said that the man and his partner were both doubling down and insisting that the engraving was straight. They even asked two other people waiting in the shop what they thought, and both confirmed that the engraving was indeed crooked! We did get our money back, but in the end, they continued to disagree with my husband, never admitted the engraving was off, and never apologized -- even after others confirmed the crooked work too. Our issue is more with the fact that they were completely unprofessional and unwilling to take any accountability, which is especially disappointing given that this was an irreplaceable, once-in-a-lifetime medal. I would never trust this shop with anything meaningful or sentimental. If you have anything precious or irreplaceable that you need engraved, do not take it here. I was fooled by all the good reviews, and while I can't go back in time to fix it, I'm hoping this review spares someone else the same headache and regret.
