I arrived at the Oceanview RV Resort on Wednesday the 17th. My large slide-out wouldn't work. I reached out to Taylor, and he was able to come by around 6:30. He diagnosed the issue, but as he was tied up Thursday and Friday, he referred me to another mobile repair service. They were able to stop by Friday afternoon, but couldn't fix it. The technician referred me to Sunrise RV in Escondido, but as I had already lost 2 days, I didn't pursue it. I had a lady friend join me Saturday, and we made it through without extending the slide. A little tight, but we made it. This morning, as we were prepping everything for the trip home, the overhead bunk in the cab wouldn't raise so I could drive. I reached out to Taylor at 6:45, and he arrived around 8:00. Through diligence and perseverance, he was able to reprogram the controller enough to get the bed up so I could drive home. He went above and beyond the normal effort to help me. A five star rating is, IMHO, a disservice!! If I could give him 12 Stars I would. Thank you Taylor! I wish you continued success! read more

We recently had a significant sewer blockage and called this service provider because he was familiar to the owners of the park where we're docked. To be fair, he did ultimately fix the issue. However, the overall experience was not positive. He originally quoted us a trip charge and an hourly rate, and also stated that if the repair took longer than an hour, he wouldn't charge extra. He spent over an hour working on it the first day, then said he would need to return. He did come back and resolved the problem on the second visit, but the final bill was noticeably higher than what had been quoted, and the numbers didn't quite make sense to us. As others have mentioned in their reviews, it felt like the job may have been stretched out longer than necessary. Additionally, he became ill right outside our rig before leaving and did not clean it up, which was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Given the overall experience, we'll be reporting the interaction to the BBB and will not be using this service again. As a side note, his website lists certain certifications and mentions licensing, but we were unable to locate confirmation of a business license. We hope this helps others make an informed decision. read more

Also charged an hour labor to screw in a propaneregualtor which he charged labor on the prior stop when he couldn't be bothered to finish his job and needed to comeback. Taylor's service is nothing but a rip off he came out did work on my trailer gave me a two year warranty got mad because he ripped me off for $3200. He gave me $400 back and is not back out to service my air conditioning, my refrigerator, my heater, and my generator, which I have a text message guaranteed for two years. He is a thief. I feel anybody that uses this man. He totally took advantage of me and I think he's advantage of other people. He charged me $2200 to put on a solar panel and seal. My trailer broke my window and told me it was $500 to fix it. I found the part on Amazon for $11 and I'm having somebody else come out to fix it. I have a 2017 Transit Van w/camper buildout done by a prior owner. The upgrade to the electrical and plumbing was in need, but I had a difficult time finding anyone that would work on an existing build out. Taylor has been a huge asset to my ability to get my van up to speed for fun and safe travel. He has been prompt in responding to my requests. He has been able to quickly assess and fix what has been needed. I would highly recommend Taylor. Work done: upgraded shower plumbing with better water pumps and hoses. Upgraded and increased voltage for electrical and solar. Installed a Dometic frig to include securing it w/a bracket. They told os that we had to pay Them first and our insurance will reimburse us after. because they said that The owner Taylor has scheduled and cancelled four dates, the last time they told us they made "special" arrangements to be sure they would be here to get the job done. He showed up in an SUV with tools all over the place. He started the job and it looks like he was struggling to find the right tool every time, the job was done in 3 hrs and I pay for 5 hrs. He said it was fix and left, a few days later with notice that the part was not installed probably and we tried to get him to come back to fix it, but he never did. I called Taylor after the mechanic I had originally hired ghosted us and left us hanging. After several calls to other places and leaving messages and voicemails (which still haven't been returned after 24 hours!) Taylor was the only one to answer and thankfully he fit us in his busy schedule and even kept in contact with me throughout the day on his ETA.
