I had surgery (not back…read moresurgery) and within a couple of weeks developed an anterior pelvic tilt and low back problems- the surgery was a year ago and after 5 months of physical therapy I wasn't seeing any improvements at all in my lower back. I decided to give Dr Englehoven a call even though I haven't been to see him in a couple of years. Within one appt I saw some improvement. I've been to see him 2-3 times a week at $35 a session. I will continue treatment with him until my pain has subsided and I can walk normal again. I have had neck problems for as long as I can remember. I began seeing Dr Englehoven 3 weeks ago- the initial appt was approximately 30 mins and although they do not accept insurance- each visit (for me- it may be different depending on the severity of your situation) was $30. He did not tell me I had to come see him for 16 weeks and quote me thousands of dollars like another business in west LR. He said in 2-3 visits I should be good to go and then can come in periodically as needed. This was the first time I had ever been to a chiropractor and I am so glad that I did because I can now turn my neck left to right without pain. I'm still sore muscle wise from being able to move my neck further so that will take some time to adjust but I literally could turn my head after the first visit. The sharp pain from my neck vertebrae being out of place caused migraines and was much worse that the soreness I feel now which is getting better each day. Btw the opening hours posted on this site say 1:30-12:00 which are not correct. On the door of the building I believe it says 7:30-12:00. I will have my last visit with him tomorrow so I will take a picture of his hours on their door and post here.

The guy that manipulated me couldn't get the bed to stay straight and kept kicking it. It seemed like the equipment was faulty. I visited once, and they convinced me to sign up for the plan. I immediately regretted it. Forgot about it. Tried to cancel a few months later. They told me they couldn't cancel over the phone due to "HIPPA" (which I can tell you with absolute certainty is COMPLETELY FALSE). Then you try to call corporate to cancel and can't get through to anyone. When I called the store in Little Rock again, about six months later (after I was unfortunately, surprised that I had been charge for so many months without visiting) she told me I'd have to go in person to the nearest Joint to cancel in a different State. In the meantime, they were happy to continue charging my credit card $69 per month. I am posting this for this location because this is where I signed up. I'm sure the nice people working there (or at least some of them) don't realize who they are working for. All I can say is please for the love of God think twice about signing up for their damn membership. Would never recommend anyone ever go to the Joint. Especially my patients. These predatory business models need to stay away from healthcare. P.s. they are still charging my card despite me telling them they are not authorized to do so. They have charged me for over a year of services despite me being there once and calling at least three times requesting they stop charging my card.

Instead of making it clear that medicare did NOT cover the full expense of treatment, they let me run up almost $300 bill. The bill was not presented to me until I had quit going for treatment. When Back and Body was not able to help, I went to another chiropractor. The 2nd chiropractor knew right up front there would be an additional cost of almost $20 per treatment. When I asked Back and Body why they didn't let me know sooner, I was told I signed a paper saying I would be responsible for anything that was not covered by insurance. I do want to say that Dr Dabbs HURTS.

Awesome chiropractor and massage therapists at Abundant Health…read more I was very scared to try chiro and Abundant Health was the first place I visited. Every time I leave there I feel like a cooked noodle and so relaxed. The best part for me is that my insurance covers my visit and I get to get a 1 hour massage before my visit with the chiropractor...all billed under 1 co-pay which is cheaper than getting a massage alone at a spa.
