I always recommend ADR to my clients not just because I do their installs but because I am confident my clients will get the level of quality and professionalism that they deserve.

Made sure I was aware of arrival time , length and order of installation, and also let me know of some pre arrival prep for my facility for quick and easy service. LANDON is a beast! He had to cut and fit through 3 old ancient roll up doors to replace with the new ones ordered, and he fit them in perfect. Joe was also awesome when he came and assisted. Huge thing that made me want to share my experience is how they took care of my gym during the service. Landon had full awareness of my gym flooring, making sure not do any pivoting on the floor with the lift. They also swept up leaves and cleaned up debris that flew into my gym when the doors were open, which was above and beyond for me. Fortunately for us, he was able to help replace our sliding doors for a reasonable price right after finishing up our neighbor's doors. He was able to help us right away with working through his lunch and only took 1.5hr to complete the work! This was such a nice option because we originally called another business who ships them in but was told it could take months to ship in (during pandemic). We are super happy with the service and work Philip provided and would highly recommend his business to anyone.

Best Vinyl is now Redmond Valleywide. We hired them to install three metal gates with locks and…read moretwo extender panels for our home. EXPERIENCE: Ordering the materials took close to 10 months. Installation was fairly quick but not without small nicks and scratches to several of the bars and posts. One of the extender panels was even missing a bar at the top yet was deemed completed. We put blue painters tape on the areas that needed attention. The workers came back to finish up other things, noticed the blue tape and attempted to fix them by applying paint that didn't even match the gate's color. The workers also didn't clean up after themselves, leaving behind shavings and debris for us to clean up. Dirt dug out for post installation was simply left in one of our empty flower pots. We did bring this to the attention of the person we were working with. He stated the scratches were a part of the installation process but it's really due to carelessness. We received a discount and they added the missing bar to the panel. The gates are solid but the locks are another issue. If the combination needs to be changed, the entire handle assembly has to be removed. The push button combination code also doesn't require a specific numerical sequence input, just the correct numbers. And, if the gate is locked, the interior handle never is, so what's the point? You can just reach over and open the gate. OVERALL: Pricey. Lengthy process. Sloppy workmanship.
