It is from a former employee who was rendered disabled due to an unsafe chair about which a complaint was expressed and no action was taken to ensure the safety of this employee. There are no benefits...only intimidation and exploitation. It is not a happy and healthy work environment as the company stated. There are no happy and healthy employees on the sales force - most of them have back problems and a couple of them need canes to assist them...most likely from years of long hours sitting in unsafe chairs.
