He answered every question, provided full product specs, and clearly listed all materials in the bid--rare in this industry. He and Fred showed up on time, handled unexpected slab repair beautifully, and the finished epoxy floor looks fantastic. Fred's experience really shows, and both were great to work with. I'd had enough of the babysitting. There were multiple times during the project he had to redo what had been done because of not measuring correctly and not completing the part like we'd asked. They made a mess walking through our house and constantly left the back door open on hot days. Every night we had flies in the kitchen because he was too lazy to close the door behind him. We have damage to our bathtub, our vanity, chips in the unfinished floor, multiple leaks left by his plumber, and the list goes on. We had paid him for 85% of the job, and when I asked him to pay me some of the money back, he told me "Jacob, if you want money back from me, you can take me to court," and sped out of my driveway. Alpine sent a large crew to clean windows after construction. To my horror I noticed multiple scratches on the glass after completion. The crew had been using razor blades to scrape the dirt off of the glass. When I questioned the owner about the razors, he stated that it would cost him too much to use glass cleaner and towels. Really?! Look what it cost me! I did not pay his $400 bill and when he threatened to place a lien I told him that I could take him to court for the price of the windows. He dropped it. I strongly advise against using this company if you care about protecting your home.
