We live in the country, in an area where there is no cable service. Until recently our internet…read moreservice was limited to relatively slow and expensive DSL. So, when Pete Davis of Davis Voice & Data contacted us with an offer of higher speed internet service using line of sight radio signal for a price less than what we had been paying, and, having purchased a security system from them in the past, we had no hesitancy in signing up with them. The installation technicians arrived in a timely fashion and completed their work promptly and professionally. Our internet speed was greatly improved, as promised. But, there was a problem . . . . . . Because it is sometimes necessary for me to work from home, I use a VPN to connect to my work network server. This VPN arrangement worked great with our current internet service but we were unable to get it to connect to the Max WiFi/David Voice & Data service. It was frustrating to have access to a higher speed internet service but not be able to use it in the manner that my work required. To their credit, Pete and Corey from Davis Voice & Data didn't give up in coming up with a satisfactory installation. They made another visit to our residence and also spent a great deal of time on the phone with our VPN provider to come up with a solution. Finally, after a week of work and perseverance, they were successful in solving the problem. The VPN, now connected to the Max WiFi/Davis Voice & Data internet service, is fully functional. The true nature of a person or a company is revealed in their reaction when things don't go as planned and problems arise. Davis Voice and Data didn't cut and run. They stayed at it until they found a solution to our problem. Their persistence is to be commended and recommended. Based on our experience, they are a company that can be trusted to do the right thing.

I hired Mark Bamberger in 2012/2013 for a divorce case. I paid somewhere around $2000-2500 I would…read morecall several times a week for updates... He rarely returned the call. The ex husband & his attny played several games of not showing up for court appearances& being extremely late. He said nothing to the judge of their behavior. Months go by & the divorce was postponed by the ex & his attny & when we finally had the divorce hearing Mark didn't speak up he was very passive. The ex received everything that he asked for including the house that we resided in, no child support, no spousal support 15 1/2 yrs of marriage. The ex & his attny requested that I receive a portion of his 401 from a certain date to a certain date.. Needless to say I never received payment from his 401, when I asked what the hold up was for the payment from his retirement accts...Mark asked for $500 more to do that, now this was originally factored in to the fee I had a already paid. He tried to punish me for the games played by the ex & his attny & him not speaking up about it. The divorce was finalized 5/2/2013 & it's a new year almost 6 years later no payment from the retirement accts. I do NOT recommend him for anything you may need. Look elsewhere, you will be throwing your money away literally. I wish I could rate him at 0 stars but I have to make one to submit this.
