I don't think most people have a "good" towing experiences, so to speak, but Ted Whitlock came about as close to good as you can get. Ted answered my call personally, narrowed down my location, and had his tow truck there in just 10 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the tow process. Ultimately, it took just 5 minutes for my car to be on the truck and heading to its destination. After everything was said and done he sent a receipt for my insurance company, and after my insurance rejected that receipt he was speedy in getting back to me with a new one. I can't speak to how good his pricing is (I don't have experience in tow prices) but I would definitely recommend if you're in the Loganville area and need a tow.

Pam in service has always been helpful for years. We trust the service department to accurately diagnose problems in our family's Chrysler's, Dodges, and Jeeps, and to repair the problems correctly. The service manager, Bill, has been to notch. The personnel have always been courteous. If the person we needed to speak with has not been available when we have called, they have returned our calls promptly. The property is well maintained. It is fairly conveniently located off a main roadway outside Athens. We will continue to use this business.
