We were told that we had "five minutes" left at 11:45 p.m. on Sunday night. They close at midnight, and it hadn't ever been an issue for us to leave just before closing in prior visits, and we've been doing our laundry there for a few years now. We would have been done in plenty of time before closing, but there was a young man who seemed to know the younger rude woman behind the counter, hanging around acting like he wanted to start something, so we left quickly because we felt threatened by him. We won't be back. The younger woman was rude to my husband when he bought something 25 minutes before closing. Disrespectful staff, and they need more training if they are going to be throwing good customers out early.

5 stars for Pharmacy Tech Rayda! I had an issue with a…read morerecent prescription refill. My refill request was denied by my insurance because I was refilling too soon. I explained to pharmacy technician Rayda, that I've only been taking it as prescribed so how can that be? She went above and beyond to help me find out why I may have run short so soon. Because of her customer service and willingness to listen and help me out, she and the Pharmacist onduty were able to see that I didn't receive the entire prescription previously (90 day supply but only received 45 days) Thanks Rayda for your willingness to help! Keep up the great work.

And god…read moreforbid don't go within 15 to 20 minutes of the pharmacist break because apparently he/she can do nothing until about 45 minutes after their break ends. I had a feverish child waiting for our prescription to be filled for OVER AN HOUR because they had "misplaced" her prescription. These are only 2 of many many issues I've had here. I will NOT be returning and I urge anyone else to go basically anywhere else.

I filled up at the Exxon on Upward Rd. The station has plenty of pumps and a shared McDonald's…read more(though I didn't go inside or use the drive-thru). The pump technology was a bit frustrating--the tap-pay light was lit green but didn't actually function, forcing me to use the chip reader. To finish it off, the pump ran out of paper when trying to print my receipt. Not the biggest issues in the world, but I prefer using contactless pay and always want my gas receipts.
