I am all about saving money. So when I saw that no matter how little I used my AC or turned off all…read moremy lights, my electricity bill was always high. I knew that I needed to get to the root of the problem. Was it because of older appliances? Are my windows or insulation not up to snuff?? Or am I doomed to always pay a high electricity bill??? I did my research and discovered that LivinLove Inspections with Scott Richardson does home energy audits. A home energy audit can be as simple as assessing your utility usage on a month to month basis, assessing your house for "easy" fixes (extra weatherstripping on the doors and windows), or going full blown, all out with thermal imaging, blowers, and high tech software to completely scrutinize your house from foundation to rooftop! I chose middle of the road, hoping that some little adjustments around the house would help decrease my bills over time. Scott came over and walked around my house inside and out and pointed out numerous little things I could do that should help "seal" my house and ready it for higher efficiency. He said a lot of people overlook these little things that can add up to hundreds of extra dollars wasted every year!! He then does a write up as a detailed report that outlines everything that can be adjusted or fixed to hopefully save you money over time. Thanks to Scott, I think I am one step closer to a more efficient house. If you need an energy audit, definitely contact LivinLove Inspections!

We recently had PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing out to our home because we needed to replace our old…read morewater heater. Due to the location of the water heater, it was a complicated removal and installation, but PV did it quickly, professionally, and for a terrific price. From the first phone call to the installation things went smoothly. My husband called PV on a Sunday and the very next day they had a crew on the way to our home. The techs, Devin C and Christopher Jones were amazing. They arrived exactly when they said they would, walked us through our options and always kept our budget and best interests in mind. Once we had a plan, Devin and Christopher got right to work and did a complicated demo, installation and clean up quickly, efficiently and best of all with quality workmanship. We couldn't be happier with our new water heater and will definitely be using PV for all our plumbing and HVAC needs moving forward and will specifically asking for Devin or Christopher because they both went above and beyond to make sure our family had hot water quickly and safely. I'm editing my review to add that yesterday we had to have PV back out, this time to address an AC unit that was not cooling and the tech that they sent, Andre M, was also terrific. Just like Devin and Christopher, Andre went above and beyond to try and fix our issue. PV is 3 out of 3 in our book in sending out qualified friendly technicians that care about their work and their customers. Thank you so much PV Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and especially Devin C, Christopher Jones and Andre M.

The pricing of their business is crazy. It's hard on a homeowner if you're not there to decide…read morewhether to go with their services, and you're pretty much at the whim of whoever is helping you do things. I think if you price and find multiple bids on what you're trying to get done, you could definitely have a better experience. Let's just say that to replace some putty on a sink basket was $199. Putty costs $1.50. So I paid for 15 minutes of work and didn't even get the leftover putty. I also had PV Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing replace my pretty much new water heater with a new water heater because my previous water heater wasn't up to code. That was a $7,400 replacement. I think that was probably along the lines of unnecessary changes. I didn't really get to inspect or enjoy their services, but it was needed to sell the house. The price from PV Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is on the high side. I would recommend to get a quote from them and several others for the work that you need to be done.
