I asked him to come give me a bid as it sounded within my budget. He said he'd be happy to, but warned me that they were booked out until July August to actually do the install. I told him I needed it done within the next 30 days as we were putting our house on the market. He then took more time to refer me to several other contractors in the area that he felt did good work. Although I was not able to have TriCounty do the work, I appreciate the time and professionalism in helping me and educating me and referring me to someone who could help. His only response to use was "find another contractor" Nothing was salvageable and it cost us an additional 81% of our downpayment to fix his mistakes and poor quality of work. He offered plenty of sob story excuses and no effort to fix his mess. Think long and hard about hiring Integrity Jack of all Trades. He has no integrity and poor quality workmanship. Buyer beware!

When he did reply he would come up with excuses and put me off. Kept making me think he was finally going to do the right thing. Wrong!!!!! I asked for colored concrete, and I got this crap. He over sprayed a sealer right after he poured and said it was to help cure as well. It's been discolored by this product and has altered the pigment and can't be repaired. At one point he blamed it on his concrete supplier and said he would send him out to look at it, never happened. He finally sent a guy to power wash, and it made it look worse and still won't return to fix the problem. Do not hire Michele or Cheryl Bowlin unless you want inferior work.
