The lady who answered my call was more than friendly and helpful when I told her that I wasn't sure which facial treatment I wanted other than I wanted them to use the Dermalogica line. On the day, the therapist ( Stacey) was very attentive, friendly, and that head massage, Oh my God, it was pure bliss and I think I fell asleep ( sorry Stacey) for what felt like hours and woke up to more bliss. I must've dozed off for mere minutes but I felt so refreshed. If not for anything else I will definitely come back for the massage. The therapist used a Dermalogica line which I later check on the menu to be priced at $135, however they charged me $110 only which was the price for their cheapest Dermalogica facial. I think this was a nice touch that shows professionalism and integrity. Days later, I received a $25 off voucher! As if that crazy head massage wasn't enough to get me to come back!!! ;) I won't be looking for other 'average' priced establishment for average service. My therapist took the time to look at the profile I filled out and my skin, and discuss it in some detail before beginning. It felt thoroughly considered. The treatment room is comfortable. You'll need to remove your top but your whole body will be covered in a thick, fluffy towel. The room was perfectly climate-controlled so I was never hot or cold. She told me what she was doing as she went through the various treatments, which I liked. (But wasn't overlay chatty, which I also liked.) In addition to the face treatments, there was also some had massage. I was so relaxed that I certainly dozed off at one point. I was surprised the facial didn't include any extraction... I left with softer and smoother skin for sure, but I had never had a facial which didn't include that. (And my skin is far from perfect.) As usual, she recommended products at the end but it wasn't a hard sell - I appreciated the information but didn't feel pressured to buy. The products are quite expensive - $80-$140, but the facial was reasonably priced at $150.

In fact, it was actually less time, as I've included the inital discussion/form with therapist, undressing, dressing again and the sales recommendations at the end of the massage. On telling the receptionist (which I felt embarassed doing so), I was awkwardly given a generic $25 off next treatment voucher. I just shouldn't have paid the full price in hindsight, as 120 is astronomical for an approx. 30min massage. The massage itself was good. I have frequented other Endota salons, and loved the treatments and services, so am really disheartened. I won't be back.

I called and left a voicemail this morning and not once did i receive a call as I am trying to plan my business trip in Melbourne and want to sort this out. I know this may sound I am being harassing but I am trying to sort thing before I arrive in Melbourne as I will not have much free time. Then I texted this morning and only then I got replies. I asked them to confirm my address and they said that they had my address! WRONG! They had my home address in Sydney which is a concern and I do not know how they got it as I did not even give it to them! They never confirmed my address which is in St Kilda. Their reply was that they send out confirmation e-mails and text messages. The form states to please provide the address for the spray tan which I never received. Now I am accused of putting in my Sydney address myself which I would not. Even if I did there is no street name or suburb in St Kilda with Strathfield or Homebush Road in St Kilda. I contacted a St Kilda based mobile tanning service and you think they would know this or at least question it. This was just waste of time when I can do so much better in spending my time on better matters including my business meetings etc. Action taken by them that is replying etc ONLY when I text them with my text messages advising them of the above and when I have made a negative review on Yelp! At least I found out now then later. I will just go to my Sydney Salon where exceptional service is provided. I will be moving to Melbourne soon and I will definitely will not go to them ever! Two girls came in and they were serviced before me as they had been provided the nail chart while I was sat down waiting for a technician. During the service, I asked if two colours could be mixed because I wanted a particular colour. I was told no and was persuaded instead to incorporate two of the colours by having one of the shades on my finger. I thought for a while before deciding with another colour. After the service, as I paid in cash I was told that it would be 10% off instead the technician rounded off the price to the nearest 50 cents and as she was frazzled, another technician had instead given me the change. Confused, I said my thank yous until I realized that I should have spoken up because 10% off is still 10% off and 50 cents is essentially the same as a card surcharge. I realised after the service that there were a few things wrong: - My nails suddenly feel sore and I realised that the technician (who seemed overworked and had asked for a toilet break in the middle of service, and who also noted that she had not yet had lunch and it was about 4 something in the afternoon) overfiled my nails and skin. - Tips were also incorrectly sized for some of my fingers leading to some unfilled gaps on the side of the nail. - Underside of the nail was also messy and unclean and because the technician was not careful with applying the monomer, there was some dried bits of monomer around my nails. - Gel application was also not even. - The technician also used her hands to remove the dust instead of using the duster and she also did not tell me to wash my hands before applying the final layer of top coat. I will not be a returning customer here. I am disappointed that I spent my money on my nails when it actually feels so sore and I could've just bought nail polish and done a better job without spending a card surchange worth on top.

I was consulted with about the best colour for my skin and they customised a colour for me. I was given extra care with moisturiser on my hands and feet and Katrina made me feel so comfortable while I was getting my spray tan. She even dried me afterwards, which makes it much better when needing to put clothes on straight away. The end result was amazing. I looked like I had just spent 3 months in Tuscany and I couldn't believe how natural and real it looked. I was given advice on how to keep my tan longer and how to make sure it fades evenly. Also the fact that I could have a shower after only 2 hours was really practical for me. I was even offered a moisturiser so I didn't have to go out and find one myself. ' Needless to say I have been back numerous times and tried different shades and colours and I have never been disappointed.
