I was very scared but the doctor assured me it will be fine and he won't make me feel the pain and sure he was saying the truth. It was quick and painless! One of my co- work owes had same procedure on the same day but different office, hers was painful all day and took longer than mine. That made me feel happy. Rarely do I wait longer then 15mins. Before doing any work, they explain what your insurance will pay and what's expected out of pocket. Unlike some, they allow payments (as long as you show good faith on your part). I like some hygienists more than others, but it's more to do with personality than care quality. Dr, Freeman is the best. He is very personable and makes going to the dentist bearable. I have terrible teeth thanks to genetics, and have had several root canals, fillings etc. Doc always makes sure to explain what he is doing, then once he starts, every few minutes he'll stop and make sure I'm not having any discomfort.

I made an appointment with dr Healy because I was in SO much pain it was unbearable. Despite being terrified of the procedure and dentists in general I slowly made my way into the office. Dr Healy was amazing. He was very confident that he would not only take away my pain but make sure the procedure was painless as well. There were some rough spots but it was to be expected. I was in bad shape to begin with. I'm glad I made the decision to see him and he even called me the next day to see how I was doing and to remind me to make sure I take ibuprofen and my penicillin around the clock. He is so nice and talks to my daughter to make her feel comfortable. The thing that I don't like is that an assistant is the one who put her braces and wire on. Brackets fell off because they were not put in correctly and my daughter swallowed one. I would prefer the dentist do this and not the assistant. My daughter told me that the assistant said as the brackets she put on were falling off that she was stressed out and going to get fired. I understand they are super busy, but I want to make sure that everything is done correctly by the dr with how much we pay. I will say we did take her back and they did replace the brackets without any extra charge because it was their doing and not because of my daughter eating something when they fell off.

My mouth is full of crowns that he did and several times, he offered to do it when I went in for a cleaning because "he had time" before the next patient. I believe he did unnecessary work on my self and my husband for insurance purposes. I know for a fact, he padded my kids bills in order to pay for several crowns that myself and husband had done by him. When I came home from one appt for the start of a crown procedure, I checked a previous EOB and saw that the same tooth had already been crowned and I refused to pay. We trusted him. Definitely took advantage of the system and nothing but a crook.
