I could tell right away that she had a ton of experience. She made me feel super comfortable while also making sure I had all the information I needed before getting pierced. The actual piercing process was super quick and smooth, which made the experience even better. I honestly can't wait to go back for my 6-8 week check-in. I was there yesterday to get my earrings pierced, and the two girls who were working there were…read moreextremely rude and scammed me. I asked one of the girls to please show me the options for earrings, and I chose the cheapest ones because I only needed a simple piercing. The girl agreed and told me the price was $43.99. However, you do not pay before the piercing, and I was unaware of that. As I was getting ready for the piercing, the girl took an extremely long time to find the earrings and help me out. While I was getting set up, she went to the cashier, which is away from the piercing station, and was talking with her friend. I assume that was when they were making their plan. During the piercing, the girl was very rude and impatient with me. I was getting a piercing re-pierced due to an error in my previous piercing, and the girl made it seem like she did not care about my wants or needs, even though this is a piercing I will have for the rest of my life. The girl then had me mark my own piercing spot, as if she was exhausted from doing her job, and then gave me the piercing. Upon checking out, the price magically went up to $65.99. I had chosen the cheapest stainless steel earrings, and she had told me they were $43.99. Instead, she gave me diamond earrings for $65.99, which we did not realize until we exited the store. Please be careful when getting a piercing at this location. The two girls working at the counter on Saturday, March 7 were extremely rude and seemed to be scamming customers. I do not recommend this location. Claire's should do better and investigate these employees for any previous tactics or scams they may have used.

There was only 1 tattoo artist there and the one who did our piercings was an apprentice. Just the 2 of them were there. When she did our piercings there was no mentor teaching her. 1 she used the wrong type of piercing bar, 2 she marked it, and 3 she misses the marking and made it crooked. Told me it was fine. But i live in Colorado and was on vacation, came back home and asked for a 2nd opinion from a piercing shop out here, they agreed that it is crooked and told me to take it out. Now i need to let it close and pay to get it redone. I am mad. In the past when i lived out there, i have gotten 5 tattoos from here and 2 helix piercings, so y wasnt there a mentor to help her. She fucked up my piercing and now i have to wait for it to heal and go through that pain all over and spend more money.
