Almost a year ago I purchased a mobility scooter for my father from Reef Bikes. Sadly within a week…read morehe passed away. I asked if it was too late to cancel the order and was told it was not too late. So the order was canceled. after many months and allot of chasing up we received NO refund. now almost a year later and many more messages, no response other than to say we will look into it. I have contacted Consumer Protection, but Reef Bikes ignored them. They have stolen from us almost $3000. I would strongly advise against using this company for anything , they are little more than criminals.
