Warline Painting did an amazing job with the exterior of our 135-year-old heritage house. From…read moreWarren's first contact with us, when we learned that aluminum cladding could be painted, and Heidi's helpful colour consultation to the efficient, tidy and respectful painting crew, everyone we dealt with was completely professional. We now have a beautiful Painted Lady, not just old but absolutely stunning. Worth every penny! We would definitely work with Warline on future painting projects.

We wanted to paint our new condo, freshen it up and give it a clean, bright look. There would be…read morequite a bit of painting involved so we decided that we needed a professional job done. Sure we could do it ourselves, but, it would look like a do it yourself job. We wanted more so after reading a number of reviews, we contacted Warline Painting. Warren came to our home and did a walk-through of all areas to be painted, made notes about a special paint for the washrooms and all that other painting stuff. We were impressed with the professionalism and he agreed to provide us with a quote. He did not provide the quote on the spot, but took about a day and gave us a firm quote that included materials and labour. We had been expecting a higher quote and we were delighted when a the quote came in for a lot less than what we had expected. (1000 - 1500 less) We said yes and the next step was to pick some paint colours. Neither one of us are great colour pickers so we requested help from Heidi, a colour consultant/decorator, who is part of the Warline package. If you hire her without the company you pay a separate fee, but if you are getting the painting done through Warline, she comes for free. She is great, very knowledgeable and confident with her talents. Within an hour we picked the colours for our home and Heidi prepared a special paint palate that had our colours in a name brand, high quality paint that would not affect our quote. She took the time to look at our layout, listened to wants (airy, bright). She pointed out the colour choices that would work with the kitchen, with our cupboards, backsplash, tiled floors and hardwood. She worked with our desire to keep everything bright and airy and within an hour we had our colours. She is a professional and I give her top marks, she really worked for us. The actual painting and finishing work went very well, this company hires people who are looking to work for a solid company and it shows. Everyone is a professional and the completed job looks great! Needless to say, we highly recommend Warline for painting and color consulting/decorating services. Thank you to Warren, Heidi and the whole team, this may have been the best choice we made!

My only concern was the lack of communication regarding what needed to be done and what would be charged. If I had known there would be an additional charge for installing the locking system, I would have done it myself. While this was not a major issue, as a senior, I rely on such services for tasks I am unable to perform. For this reason, I would likely use this service again, but I would ensure to obtain a detailed list of costs beforehand. Dale M.
