Once again, the Yelp reviews did not let me down. Most people think Yelp is just for food. In my experience, Yelp is for communicating what your experience will be, specifically with regards to the service provided. Of course when it comes to restaurants, the taste of the food is paramount, but I've never had delicious food and horrible service and thought that was a positive experience overall. Back to the review -- I couldn't be more pleased with the experience at Central Magnetic Imaging aka The MRI Guys. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone I interacted with provided friendly and efficient service throughout my visit, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for, which I deeply appreciated. Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and I was able to get in promptly. The team also handled the insurance authorization process seamlessly, which was a relief. It's clear that they prioritize their patients' needs and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. In summary, my visit to CMI was outstanding. The combination of a clean facility, professional and caring staff, and the convenience of an open MRI made for a stress-free and positive experience. Annual exams are necessary but not fun. Annual exams of 'private parts' are even less fun - and…read morewhen they're done to identify cancer and other diseases it can also be nerve-wracking...but not at this office. This practice was once called Tufts Mammography Center, run by a well-respected physician who specialized in assessment of breast tissue. Dr. Tufts passed away; his wife and staff now devote themselves to the care of former and current patients who seek excellent assessment of breast tissue. The office has moved (no more huge aquarium in the waiting room) and they now have state-of-the art x-ray equipment and ultrasound rooms, and a well-qualified physician and tenured staff in a very clean and organized office. Today I went for my annual mammogram and had an ultrasound exam as well. After checking in, I was escorted to a dressing room that has lockers to store patients' clothes and comfy exam tops that are in sealed plastic bags. There are clearly marked wipes for patients who want to use them before and after exams (ingredients like underarm deodorant and powder can't be used before exams). There's a large mirror too to help patients feel 'put together' when they leave the room. They created an atmosphere of patient care and courtesy and this room reflects it. The x-rays are 3-D, which lends to easier and more accurate assessments. The ultrasound room is set-up for optimum patient comfort and technician use. Even the ultrasound gel was warmed - I really appreciated that. The tech was thorough and personable - I didn't feel awkward, which was great. I met with the physician after the mammogram and ultrasound and she told me that everything looked good. I was glad. She had several monitors at her desk and many x-ray images on the monitors. It was great to get results at the end of the x-ray and ultrasound sessions - when I left I was done - they are in my medical insurance network and will file the claim on my behalf, and I had my results. I will return next year with confidence that I'm in good hands, as I have for the past 14 years.

The unsuccessful procedure treated on right leg ended in a bulging vein, which I had to go for a different procedure to correct the issues. The unprofessional doctor assistant had no experience with the bandaging. The front office charged my CC up front and there were no adjustments on the charges. I will not recommend this provider on this unworthy services.
