This place brings an intimate experience to getting your nails done and I absolutely loved it. The massage chairs aloneeeee are top tier. Finally found a technician that CARES about your nails and skin versus just wanting your money and rushing you away. He gave tips on the health of my nails and took his time making sure I was relaxed. 10/10! He is building his business from scratch and doing the work his self. Jenny is my nail tech and she is the best. She is super patient, detailed and actually enjoys the funky stuff I bring her for designs. The atmosphere is typical of any nail shop so nothing much to note there. They play music, offer drinks and a little conversation. Can't beat that. This will be my spot until it's not :o)

I had to pull him aside and tell him this was not good work at all and show all the imperfections in order to get the service I should've been given from the start. He begrudgingly corrected the work. Then, the back room they send you to to try regular polish is falling apart--there's a hole in the wall, half-used products thrown around. My mother entered first and was seated immediately for a gel pedicure. I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks before so I wasn't ready to change. Instead, I opted for a gel manicure. Upon entry, there was a foul smell that was immediately a turn-off but my mother was already seated, and it didn't seem to bother anyone else, so I thought it was just me. The same nail tech worked on me and my mother, starting with my manicure. Everything seemed normal until I saw the final product, it was very poorly done. I asked her to remove the polish and could tell she was a bit upset but she started the removal process. The owner came over to me and offered to redo my nails, but I was over it at that point. My mother's pedicure was done more carefully but could have been neater. I would not return.
