First, the venue has a gorgeous, romantic feel to it. The outdoor ceremony space was beautiful and simple. The cocktail hour outside was cozy yet wasn't cramped for the amount of people (sometimes cocktail hours can feel like you're waiting in line at the bar the whole time). And may I say the service was fantastic all the way through - staff were all friendly, attentive and professional throughout. The bartenders were personable to us Everytime we went up to the bar, but efficient to where they didn't have a long line built up. The buffet line went quickly as well. There were only two restrooms from what I could locate on the first floor, I did notice a line a time or two in the beginning of the evening. Definitely had a wonderful experience here!

Trusting others with all the wedding details is scary, but Leslie, our coordinator at Kimball Hall…read morein Roswell, GA, gave my daughter and her husband the most perfect wedding. As the M of the Bride, I wanted to make sure "this" was good and "that" was scheduled, and Leslie assured me she had it all handled, and she did. We had the "all-inclusive" and "premium full beverage" packages. The food was delicious (pasta bar!), and you couldn't get a better staff - they were helpful, friendly, and experts at customer care. M of the G is a wedding planner, and she loved Kimball Hall and their attention to detail. Several guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. And the happy couple got their perfect outdoor wedding. Great memories.

From the updates leading up to the trip to the coordinated transportation to and from the airport to our lavishly decorated and gorgeous airbnb (we were greeted with swag bags and gifts), I was in awe the entire trip. My favorite part was the private five course dinner cooked by a Cuban chef. It was-- hands down--one of the best dinners I've ever had in my life. Thank you so much Ebony for an excellent first time experience in Cuba, sending our friend off to her next stage in life (very) happy!

Ebony did an excellent job of making sure a group of women were well taken care of throughout the trip. From being welcomed with a spread of customized keepsakes, to having a local chef prepare us a 10 course tasting of authentic cuban cuisine, our trip was definitely one of a lifetime. Ebony is so thorough and thinks of everything and allows you to be carefree and enjoy your event. It was honestly a true pleasure. If I could have her plan my life I would lol. She does not disappoint.

A good friend referred me to Ambience Event Services when looking for a reliable (and fun) DJ for…read moreour wedding. Once we spent a few minutes on the phone with Mark, we knew we found a great match. This is a very professionally run company, one that you can count on! DJs are very important when planning the "big day", they help facilitate the evening - from the ceremony, to wedding party announcements, toasts, bouquet toss, last dance, exit, etc. etc. etc! Do not compromise when it comes to finding a DJ, you really want someone that you can trust to take care of the details, that is organized and friendly (yet assertive) to get things done....and that is definitely Mark and his wife Kristine and the Ambience team. During rehearsal (the night before the wedding) I was surprised to be approached by Mark and Kristine (it was the first time we had met them in person), although we spent quite a bit of time on the phone prior. They stopped by to check out the venue-to make sure everything ran smoothly the wedding day. They take everything the extra mile. Very reliable and dependable people! The wedding day....every single person... I mean every single one... was on the dance floor. We had an absolute blast, and I am so happy to have found Ambience Event Services!

We hired Ambience Event Services to DJ for our wedding. From the beginning it was clear that Mark…read morehandled his business in a professional and devoted manner. It was clear that he had lots of experience with weddings and not only from the DJ perspective. When we met with Mark about the details of the event he methodically worked through what we wanted, as well as potential planning conflicts we may have in our schedule (maybe we should take sunset photos and then cut cake, etc). Since he has worked many aspects of the wedding experience (planning, DJ, etc) he was able to point out potential weak spots in our timeline and offer advice on how best to achieve the experience we wanted. For the event, we had a very specific entrance for the wedding party, entrance for bride/groom, and finale for (secretly choreographed) first dance. Our timing was pretty precise, down to the second, for all of the aforementioned and Mark got it PERFECT. It was really important to my wife and I, and it was reassuring when he showed up having clearly practiced for what we wanted. The same goes for the ceremony, as my wife's processional song was a secret to everyone there, even me. Mark is also a master of handling a crowd. He politely and respectfully nudged people into the right place, whether it be inattentive groomsmen about to make the wedding party entrance or getting folks efficiently through the catering line. He can even handle slightly intoxicated family member/friends looking to make rogue song requests. He does everything in his power to ensure that your big day is exactly what YOU want. Our wedding ceremony and reception was perfect, and Mark played a very big role in its perfection.

I know when it comes to alcohol we all want it all but it's the bartenders job to make sure everyone is safe and things are done right and that's exactly what Heather did for us. She was so professional and we had a blast at our private party. We loved everything about her attention to all the details. Would highly recommend them!
