Milton and Veronica are extremely personable and willing to listen to any issues you run into, and if they can't help personally, they always know exactly where to direct you. During my time, I always received timely responses to any maintenance issues (I rarely had any - a fridge broke once, garbage disposal clogged, etc). The gym is a great bonus - it could use a bit of an update, but its nearly a fully-stocked exercise room (all it needs are some barbells and it'd be a full work-out space). I lived close to the pool which was an added bonus, as there is a real sense of community when the weather gets warm. This place was a perfect location for my commute. For two years I worked in Cary, 1 year I worked in Durham, and 1 in Raleigh. My commute was never longer than 30 minutes, and for Downtown Raleigh in particular, it only took me 10 minutes. I've seen some posts about cockroaches being an issue, but I can honestly say I've not had that problem. Management sprays every month, and as long as you keep good hygiene habits, you shouldn't have an issue. Overall, this complex was a great stepping point for me as I moved to ward my goals of home ownership, and I'll definitely miss the convenience and sense of community (prices aren't bad either!).

Good storage, laundry, dishwasher all in the unit. Pool, gym and office you can use, along with food truck and holiday events they are kind to hold for the community. They are VERY good for keeping things maintained and cleaned, and any pest control. Our air conditioner died and they sent someone within a few hours of reporting (they use a nifty online system to report any issues, pay rent etc) and it was fixed immediately. It is super loud outside most times because they're always busy cleaning or fixing something. I swear if there isn't a leafblower going there's something else, before winter they were sanding down bits of sidewalk you could trip on. But, while intrusive at times, I'd rather them be on top of things and be noisy than not, and I don't think most people would notice as much as I do since I'm here all the time. Parcels and retrieving them can be a bit of a pain unfortunately. They do not get delivered to your door, but are held in a room at the front office. They have to sort it all and they actually photograph and text/email that you have a parcel. While I appreciate it, I'd be much happier having my mail just come to the door instead of getting it much later while waiting for this. Especially during busy holiday times where they are clearly overwhelmed with the mass amount of mail. I have had a few parcels "misplaced" which they did eventually find thankfully. All in all a great place, I've lived in more apartments than I'd like to and this is by far the best and well managed.

My parents have lived here since 2018, and I am relieved my mother will be moving soon. The…read moreapartment complex was nice at first and has consistently become quite horrible, with the exception of a few employees. The most recent issue happened a few weeks after my father passed away. Anytime you lose a spouse, there is a lot of paperwork, many sympathy cards, etc. My mother stopped receiving mail altogether for nearly two weeks. She cannot go to the kiosk by herself, so she depends on someone else to check it every few days. While checking her mail I noticed a large amount of mail in the trash can, and mail sitting on top of the trash can. She filed a report with the USPS, but also reached out to the apartment complex to alert them. They responded it was not their responsibility and did nothing to help her or the other residents who were also experiencing problems with mail service. Not a single message was sent alerting residents to be mindful, what to do with mail that's incorrectly placed. Nothing. She has had multiple issues with insects coming in - and rather than fix the door sweep, they recommend weekly pest service. My parents had mold issues in their apartment, and constant drywall seams splitting. When their apartment flooded several years ago from a sprinkler failure on the top floor, the complex never even cleaned their carpets or fixed the paint issues. The trash compactor area is usually overflowing. The complex did apparently need to send a message to all residents "please do not throw trash off of your balcony" recently. It's really a shame for people who cannot own their own home, for whatever reason, to be treated with such little care and compassion. My father was a war veteran, my mother worked so hard to keep their apartment home tidy while caring for my father. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They do not care about you, they don't care about your experience, they simply care that you pay your rent. Editing to add a few pictures of what the trash compactor area usually looks like.

I am very happy with my new home and would recommend anyone looking for a true "luxury" apartment give this place a look and I think we may soon be neighbors! To name just a few, for months after moving in, I had a broken AC, incorrect wiring where the bedroom light would randomly turn on, broken washing machine where I had to go upstairs to use another unit, broken door fobs leaving entrances unable to be used. And the worst of all, the fire alarms that would sound at random times during the day and night. The false "fire alarms" randomly sounding occurred during my entire 14 month lease. Residents would leave the apartment and sit outside during the middle of the night waiting for the wailing alarm and flashing lights to be shut off. Management was unkind and dismissive. The only pleasant experience I had was with Randy the maintenance man.

A quick update: After calling multiple times Friday to…read morediscuss the pressing issues I listed previously, my calls were continuously rejected. (allowed to ring for shorter and longer times, then rejecting immediately, no voicemail box, etc) but when they finally responded to my google review in the public's eye, they made sure to mention that I can contact them anytime to discuss the matter. Sure. They have also chosen to stand by the void lease with my forged signature when finally emailing me back. A lease with a forged signature is not enforceable, therefore ( by law ) it is not legitimate and enforcing it violates multiple basic NC laws. But they "must follow the guidelines" ( whose guidelines? ones that they can make up on the spot? Ones not adhearing to NC business laws? who knows. ) I am a human being. I have only insisted on basic human rights, after I survived what happened. Because this threatened my life. I lived there, it was my home, too. Everything I've ever owned and carried through life is still inside that apartment. I have to keep insisting that I did not deserve to have everything taken away from me, simply because my ex wanted to move new people in to replace me. When they'd rather let their tenants get thrown onto the street due to the actions of an abusive spouse than do the right thing, they should not be allowed to manage and control anyone's housing. -- Steer clear of this place, management will not take action against illegal activity from tenants. My abusive spouse forged my signature to terminate my status on the lease when I lived here, effectively leaving me homeless while dealing with a chronic illness that I was made to miss treatments for. Management did nothing when made aware. Since my ex got away with forging my signature and was able to move more people in and out, me being off the lease also allowed the use of threats any time I said I was coming back to get my belongings-- including my own pets. My ex is also still evading divorce service after all this time while protected by management here. I had talked to the people in the management about everything, where they seemed sympathetic. They then went radio silent any other time I tried reaching out for help on returning. Since someone forging a signature to move others in and out is blatantly illegal, there is no reason for them to avoid a tenant breaking the law to such a degree. I had done everything expected of me, filed police reports locally, and the detective assigned just never responded to me either. No help from any sides, so now i just have to pray that im able to afford the right lawyer. There are plenty of other places to rent around this beautiful area, there is no reason to trust the staff here when a place of living should be protected for your safety. I didnt think I would survive having a home taken away from me, and people who could've done something chose to do nothing. The opposite of nothing, actively letting someone break the law and continuously renewing their lease.

From the moment we moved in, Susan greeted us with a warm smile, and offered genuine hospitality and helped match us with the perfect apartment to best suit our needs. She is truly a gem of a person and a joy to all residents. The entire team consisting of Tracy, Susan, Lisa, Pete, Manuel and Orlando are not only efficient and friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of what it means to run an apartment complex. We especially want to extend a huge shoutout to the maintenance staff at Town Station! Throughout our time here, the maintenance staff continuously demonstrates a remarkable level of professionalism and promptness. Whether it's a minor request or a maintenance issue, they respond quickly and effectively, ensuring that our living space remains comfortable and inviting. They often organize social events for residents, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where neighbors could come together and connect. We feel like we're not just residents but actually a part of a thriving community, all thanks to the effort the staff put into creating a positive environment. Since Tracy's arrival at Town Station a few years ago, there has been a continuous positive improvement with the upkeep of the vicinity and an abundance of social activities for residents to take part in.
