Read the fine print because they will raise your rate by 60 bucks after 3 months!!! They reserve the right to raise it as often as every 3 months. I would have never put my stuff in there if that would have been articulated at the beginning. Don't do autopay they will take the additional money without warning. It feels like a scam but apparently it's legal to overcharge people knowing how hard it is to move your stuff out. Find a better deal.

Good prices but you get what you pay for I guess. Even though its completely fenced, with a locked…read moregate, and video surveillance, our expensive RV batteries were stolen over $400 lost. Cables were cut instead of just un hooked. Besides having to now replace our batteries we have an additional expense to fix cables. They tried to get our propane tanks too as they were uncovered a tipped. If you store your RV there, lock up your stuff good, or you could find it comes up missing. Its a place to park but its far from secure.
